The coffee at breakfast was not very good. Many things cost extra and the apartments are not cleaned daily. There are only a few restaurants in the area that do not belong to hotels. Without a car, outside, only the beach is easily accessible.

Our apartment was located right on the cliffs, the walk to the beach by stairs was short. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Many well maintained pools, which our daughter loved. Of the restaurants, we especially liked the "cafeteria". Overall the staff was incredibly nice.

The only negative is the walls are so thin that noise is an issue or atleast it was for is each night. Also found there was nothing to cover the kitchen window which meant a lot of light coming in for the person sleeping on the pull out bed in the sitting room. However it's wasn't that much of an issue.

The hotel is honestly amazing for anyone with kids, our second time staying here and couldn't be happier with the pool, restaurants, bars etc. Plenty to do without even having to leave the resort and you also have the option of going across the road to the sister hotel which has even more for kids and families. Staff are very helpful and the entertainment both at the pool during the day and restaurants in the evening, is really good.

The up keep of the property is a little sad. Playgrounds are old. Children can not slide down the slides because the plastic has been worn down so much. The pool tiles particularly on the steps need cleaning from slime. My toddler slipped over a lot (and saw other children slipping over) from them. Green slimy tiles too. The customer service needs improving especially from reception. I felt as though I had to keep asking questions to get a lot of information that should have been told to me in the start. I didn’t feel anyone went the extra mile or had a willingness to want to help. Some systems are a little behind the times that you find out later. Cash for towel bonds and cash for massages. Cleaners are great and staff from Cafeteria are amazing.

Good facilities and buffet breakfast. Loved the numerous pools and their beautiful surroundings. Gardens and cobble stones were very pretty.

Widows didn't keep the noise down. You could hear most conversations day and night. Bin collection came in the middle of the night right outside the bedroom window, not ideal

Alfagar is stunning the village is nestled in beautiful greenery which is kept immaculate by all the staff. There is more pools than you know what to do with and the main pool with slides and entertainment is fun all day long for the kids. The staff are so welcoming and can’t do enough for you. We have stayed twice now and will definitely be back again.

The property is excellent. Everything is there. Restaurants, bar, pool, and most especially beach!! Very family friendly and the view… is breathtaking. I’d stay longer if I have the time. Staff is good, room is clean, facilities are complete.

Rooms a bit outdated. Our room had leaks and while it did not deter us from enjoying our time as the room was quite spacious for me and my son it took 2 days to move us and the new room was half the size.
