Although the location is great, it is in the middle of a party district resulting in a bunch of noise. Moreover we were lucky enough to be surrounded with guests who puked periodically during the night leading to further noise from the corridor. Something for something.

Strong smell from the sewers in the room - due to exposed pipe Cleaning service was automatic - I was not able to refuse it Noisy guests on other floors (and in the room you hear everything like the doors were made from the paper)

Climbing stairs up four floors if you on that floor so not good if you have heavy luggage as there is no lift but other than that no issue

Very central easy to check in as they send code day before near train station lots of restaurants and bars close by get metro from airport change once and get off at cais do sodre last stop. Can leave luggage on departure. Use of kitchen is great overall a great place to stay have stayed here many times

Beds were squeaky

The guy at the reception helped us a lot, very welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect, although a little bit noisy at night, but it didn't bother us.

The location can be really noisy for light sleepers, specially around the weekend cause there are lots of bars around. The fact the guest are not allowed to leave their bags for a bit after check out it’s helpful for people who have flights later in the day. Many places help with that.

The staff is amazing, so kind and helpful. The location is also really good, pretty central.

The bathroom was outside my room but it wasn’t as bad. Only this is that the rooms are quite noisy.

The staff is very friendly and gave me some great advice on what to do in lisbon. The room was great and the apartments are very well located.

There is only one shared bathroom for the entire floor (4 or 5 rooms), with shower, sink, and toilets all inside the same room. My room was quite humid. I arrived outside of the reception open hours so I had codes to access the building, floor, and room, but the key to open my room didn't work, so I had to call the assistance and change rooms. However my phone call was answered from the 1st try at 12pm, and I was able to use another room.

Nice hostel. Perfect location! Located in a very lively neighborhood (especially at night, light sleepers beware), very close to the Cais do Sodre station and to the city center (Baixa, Chiado, Bairro Alto), within walking distance from the entire city center.

Location, the place is next to the Pink Street and during the night it’s very very loud. It’s like sleeping in the middle of big party. Room was humid and moldy and also the bathroom. We could see and smell mold everywhere. Also there was no storage in the room to put our personal stuff. Kitchen was not available in the evening, when reception was closed but not sure maybe it wasn’t the kitchen for guests but for stuff only.

Cleaning, the room was cleaned every day. Stuff was friendly and we could do late self check in with no problem.

Nothing to do with accommodation, but noise at night from people coming back and too from surrounding bars into early hrs. Make sure you bring good footwear, lots of hills. As Lisbon is located within a valley so hills are everywhere. We enjoyed walking though, covered 12 miles a day wandering around the city and different areas. You see a lot more.

Great location, close to Pink St, and surrounding area; bars, clubs and restaurants. The room was clean as were the facilities; shared bathroom. Always somebody cleaning every day, fresh towels daily and bed made daily. Public transport; trams very close, metro not too far to access the airport. Always late flights back to UK, suggest getting an Uber we managed it at 4am, low price too. Came within 2 mins of making the order, airport was 15 mins via car. Suggest when first arriving at the airport/in Lisbon, get the metro; very cheap. Single journey €1.80. The metro is not open in the early hours. Very friendly staff in the guest house. Can't really fault the place.

The house is of course old and so are the pipes, which makes a certain smell, especially in the bathroom. The rooms are scented though. No one is to blame, but some guests may be sensitive. The shower is very small - I had to squeeze in. That's a little frustrating for plus size models. The house has no lift, which I simply hadn't looked up on the internet. The staircase has no railing, so I had a bit of a hard time dragging my luggage up and down without falling. I recommend this accomodation for young and sporty people.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Easy check-in and check-out. Internet access works. My room was spacious and clean, equipped with heating and air conditioning. I had a separate but private bathroom, which was also clean and neat. Everything you need is there. The guest house has a positive atmosphere. It also feels safe.

- it is quite loud during the week-end nights (even with earplugs) (I stayed in especially in room 1 on the corner of 2 streets)

- clean room and amenities including the shared bathroom (I was positively surprised) - daily fresh towels - friendly personnel - very central placed - there's a fridge and a kitchen that can be used Would stay again, especially in low season and not on week-ends.

The walls are thin, so there is no privacy. I could easily hear conversations of the neighbours. The bed was quite small for two people.

I loved how clean it was. The room was cleaned every day. I didn't have a filling, like somebody stayed here just before me. Checking in and out was easy. Also the location is very good, but be aware that this is the party street. In the middle of the night it can be loud. Don't forget the earplugs :)

The room was very clean and comfortable. Close to everything, the pink street is on the other side. One of the best restaurants is right in front of the building up the stairs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Lisbon!
