We had a great stay. The staff was very accommodating. We had to check out at 4am and they prepared some food ahead of time so that we could have a small amount of breakfast (bread, meat, cheese, fruit, and yogurt) before leaving. We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were very nice also.

I like the friendliness of the staff. My wife and I had a late flight due to a delay from the airline, but the staff was very accommodating and still made sure to give us a ride to the hotel once we landed. Also, since it was so late, we were hungry and didn't know what we could eat, but the hotel went out of their way to make a pizza for us. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was great too. I felt very welcomed by the staff overall and the increased our quality of our stay tremendously

There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel gives you everything you could ask for when looking for a relatively high end stay: 24h reception, a restaurant, a (small) pool, nice interior, qualified and polite staff, and even the fitness room isn't a heap of trash like in most hotels that feature one - here enough cardio machines are actually working to do some serious training (no weights or calisthenics though). The hotel is right beneath a bridge with a huge road, but I didn't really notice. Nice balconies, working WiFi, a picturesque and revealing 3D-map of Madeira right beneath your feet at the entrance - I can't find any fault here.

It was clean, the staff were friendly. Food was average. Quite area 40 min far from Funchal by bus.

That the bubble pool was not heated. That would have made the stay perfect! Or a masseur in the hotel :-)

The staff were extremely servicable. The manager even helped me get my car out. And the restaurant staff really met my needs of a glutenfree & vegan diet. I was very happy that there was a parking. The bed was big & good. Very clean & modern hotel. Proximity to the airport & still cosy near the small town centre, but calm.

There was nothing wrong or anything negative during the stay, I really found the stay really pleasant.

Staff was professional, friendly. Facilities, room, was very good, I really enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was very nice, lots to choose from, and cooked fresh.

There is nothing that we didn't like on this hotel.

- Check in went fast, we arrived late at night and the key was ready by arriving. - Room was clean and big enough, - Breakfast was really good there was more than enough choices.

Bed mattresses are hard (very little padding, feel springs) and awful coffee in the coffee machine for breakfast.

We rested in your hotel for 4 days. We liked everything very much, very good location, not far from the airport! Despite the fact that the airport is nearby, the room is very quiet and pleasant to rest. There is a bus stop near the hotel, the infrastructure is generally developed! very tasty breakfasts! polite staff , the room is always clean and tidy. Nothing really, it was a good stay before our early morning flight out of Funchal.

Very friendly staff, spoke great English. Location is extremely close to the airport, taxi was arranged. Room was good size.

Some furniture in rooms should be replaced with new and room could be little more cleaner ( dust and glass surfaces).

This is simple and nice hotel in Santa Cruz. It has great,kind and helpful staff at reception which works 0-24 ( they gave us some advices,ordered taxi to airport and provide us really early breakfast). Location is really nice close to center,only 2 minutes walk from beach,parking garage.. only rooms should be little renovated.
