We loved everything about the hotel. * very helpful staff, Mila and Jonattan and their colleagues made our trip memorable and so vell organised * excellent location. Santa Cruz is a charming village with beautiful promenade and many cosy restaurants, market with local products and shops. It has unique atmosphere. And only 25 min walk from the airport * excellent rooms facilities and very comfortable bed * private parking and rent a car, easy (no credit card or deposit) and fab prices * delicious breakfast. Good choice of cold and warm dishes , freshly baked bread and pastry, local grown vegetables * nice and clean swimming pool

Our room was small, although we couldn't use the outdoor area because of the rain. Comfortable and modern anyway, so no real complaints. The parking area needed a bit of care for getting out - spaces were smallish and there are a lot of pillars to avoid.

The underground parking was welcome as it was raining heavily when we arrived. The hotel had ramps everywhere, great for luggage with wheels. The people at reception were very good. We stayed here the night before leaving the country and needed to fill our rental car before returning it. We were given directions, which were welcome as the petrol station wasn't on the road out of town.

The stuff was very nice, location is great - close to the airport. The room was big, clean. There was also swimming pool outside. In the town there are a lots of restaurants near by. Really enjoyed our stay

The rooms are a little stuffy and the climate control was very confusing. You could just leave a window open because of the noise of the plane landing.

Great location. Walking distance to the little village the walkway along the ocean and many restaurants. Also a 10 minute taxi to the airport. Breakfast was excellent..

Room could have been better prepped - no shower gel in the room for the duration of my stay for ex. Apart from that - you get what you pay for, don't expect a luxurious experience, but a safe, decent place to stay in for a short while.

This is a perfectly nice hotel if you're passing through / need to be near the airport, as I was. Its location is a bit too random for it to be a destination place - but it's a good hotel and its value for money is unbeatable. Good breakfast, big room, + there's a pool if you wish to use one. I would not choose this place as a base for a long holiday, but it's perfect for a few days. Its garage has a decent number of spaces, but I can see how it could get filled up easily - and it can be tricky to park sometimes. Didn't try its restaurant for dinner, but it's a minute's walk from Santa Cruz downtown (which is lovely)

The breakfast was poor, 2 types of veggies only, the chef wasn't really a chef the eggs were so basic and tasteless. The cleaning ladys were so bag, we needed to ask to change our bedsheets because it was ruptured and with red spots...they changed it to another ruptured one. They don't iron the sheets so when you arrive it is like they gave you the same sheets from the previouse quests.

The hotel workers were amazing. Reception employes specially. And a very nice lady who made us coffee every morning. Our fly was at night so they let us use the gym showers, gave us towels.

Nothing! :) The hotel is near by the town, walking distance, where you can find many restaurants and cafeterias. As well as a church and very nice view to the mountains and also landing planes in the airport from the beach. Very well recommended hotel!

Excellent personal, very kind and helpful. Breakfast was also very nice with variety of local products and options. We also liked the installations, but it was a pity we could not used the swimming pool due to stormy weather but definitely we will get back!

At the reception everyone was very helpful and kind. They did everythig for us to spend our vacation perfectly. Jonattan at the reception was truly awesome, he was kind and friendly. The breakfast was perfect, not much but the best.

One of the receptionist girl was rude and was on her phone constantly while talking to her. The car park under the hotel is really small and we were always struggling for space.

Breakfast was superb with fresh food and bakery every morning. The location is close to the airport and there are various restaurants nearby with excellent food. The sea is very close by as well.
