not much to not like - given my work commitments I don’t get chance to enjoy the facilities to the maximum

Reception staff lovely ,helpful and really welcoming. My superior room was really nice with good views. It was spacious and comfortable . The restaurant staff were lovely, and the food was good value for money, but not exceptional ( apart from the fish soup which is to die for !! ) the breakfast was very good and varied,. The only thing that let this hotel down was the evening bar , I waited 15 minutes to order a drink and then another 20 minutes for It to arrive. Not the staff fault, they were just overwhelmed. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, the first time I got a 10 rating, but this time I just couldn’t help the vague feeling that I was just a little “ in the way “ as a lone traveler. I booked the best rooms at a premium as a bit of a treat for myself, but just felt a little let down

The facilities are very old and in need of an update, specially the gym, the equipment does not work properly and is very outdated.

The rooms are very spacious and the bed is heavenly!

The toilet paper! I know it sounds stupid, but I do expect better quality of the toilet paper when staying at a 4-star hotel.

Very comfortable beds and lovely view. Easy to find parking.

Hotel was in a very built up area, although we only used it as a base, we went to Obidos which was amazing and the Zen gardens.

Hotel was more of a business hotel and wasn’t quite what I was expecting, the bed and pillows were great so 10/10

The carpet on the 5th floor appeared quite stained but other than that, nothing.

The location was nice but not perfect for the centre of town. No other complaints.

Very good breakfast. Good staff. Nice rooms. Slightly old fashioned bathroom but perfectly ok. Delicious evening meal. Very reasonably priced. Comfortable beds.

A kettle in the room with some coffee and milk would be nice. It’s a common thing nowadays and I’ve seen it in much cheaper hotels so I was surprised this one didn’t have it. They did have a coffee machine but it’s not the same.

They upgrade my superior room to a premium one. That was nice

The only issue was in the restaurant, service good,food unfortunately cold and the meat looked like it had been kept since lunch for the evening service It was replaced and better,problem hotfood served on cold plates

The location of the hotel is excellent, the room with views excellent also the facilities outside and indoor pools plus gym .The staff all very friendly and helpful,upon arrival we were greeted by Johnathan on reception ,polite,friendly and very helpful

Room coffee machine exchanged 3 times and remained a nuisance - coffee capsules abandoned and used as a source of hot water for own instant coffee.

I just missed a brighter light to do my make up in the bathroom next the mirror. Again, a brighter or bigger lamp at the desk to work with my computer.

The comfort of bed, the perfection about the temperature. Big TV in a comfortable sight.

The bathroom can be a little wet after the shower, but nothing that bored me.

The hotel is excellent, comfy, clean and the staff is super kind.
