The internet DID NOT work at all during our stay. We need to work while on vacation. I think this a a big problem that the hotel need to address since we were not the only one having problems. The breakfast and the food in general was awful. The wait staff in the dining area was not helpful or friendly. The people next to us couldn’t get salt and pepper when requested. Do not order the cod.

The room was comfortable enough, a little dated with the orange carpet. The front staff was helpful and quite nice. Especially Ella. We didn’t have water the first hours of our stay but that is not the hotel’s fault.

Only downside was no restaurant in the evening and bar closed at 6pm, we were only returning from work after 6pm. However, lots of restaurants and bars within very short walk.

Great location. A few minutes walk from National Palace, right in the city center. The room is spacious and very comfortable with good views. The breakfast is one of the best among the hotels we have stayed in Spain and Portugal during the last 4 weeks. Very friendly staffs.

Had a big beauty crisis!! Unable to use hair roller or curling iron from the US in the hotel due to the electrical voltage difference caused an unexpected anxiety especially when we were there for the wedding event!! Brought home the hair roller/iron to find out it’s broken. Definitely recommend looking into resolving this issue!!

Perfect two night stay right in the heart of Sintra. Our room was very spacious, clean, modern, comfy bed and lovely view. The gentleman at reception was super helpful, with many tips not only for Sintra but for our entire road trip through portugal. So lovely to chat to. Breakfast was delicious with great variety. All the pastries were amazing. Highly recommend for your stay in Sintra !

Location in the best center of the settlement is only one part of the story. The hotel is amazing, clean, cozy, welcoming. Large and spacious rooms. Although we don't like carpets because of the smells that accumulate, here we didn't feel any smell or unpleasant feeling. The staff is professional and kind, they were at our disposal for everything we asked for. In short, an excellent experience in Sintra

Wonderful location! The hotel is simple, as a normal boutique hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Our room had a view of the Natural Palace. It was in a great location and in close proximity to the historic part of Sintra. Great for walking. It’s also only a 9min walk to the Regaleira Palace.
