The breakfast was adequate but offered canned fruit rather than fresh and just basic sliced cheese rather than the better cheeses and fresh fruit that we have enjoyed at comparable hotels elsewhere. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant hotel and a lovely stay.

The hotel is charming, the staff helpful and the room was very clean and fresh and also quite plain. It is close to the train station and there is a cafe and a laundromat directly across the street which was very helpful to us.

I didn't recall that they charge for parking, so this was a surprise. There is construction going on next door, so was noisy during the day

Good location, with 10-15 min walk to centre. Bed was comfortable and the front staff assisted with everything we asked (late check out). Parking was convenient with access to elevator.

Everything was perfect. We also bought the tour of gondola on the river from the hotel. The hostess was attentive and helpful. The breakfast was very good, the parking a good size for Europe.

There is nothing I did not like. Everything was good. Maybe the TV screen a bit to small, but overall there are no negatives.

The hotel rooms were a bit old, and some lamps didn't work, but nothing major.

Overall the hotel was located really close to city centre and the main attractions. The staff was friendly and the room had all the basics. The breakfast was good. It has parking available for a fee.

The room was very clean and spacious. A 4 minute walk to the train station and about 15 minutes from the city center. I arrived before my room was ready and the staff not only stored my luggage but took it up to my room once it was ready. I really appreciated that!

The hotel was stylish and the room was spacious and luxurious. The location is only a few minutes from the station and about 15 minutes on foot from the canals. We had a nice stay there.

We come to Aveiro every now and then and have come to enjoy staying at Veneza Hotel. We were here for the 2nd time and were not disappointed. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean and comfortable, and the price is good value for money. We will definitely be back again.
