It is a large property so depending on where you room is you may have to walk a lot to get to the facilities such as indoor pool, kids splash pool etc

Fabulous property. Perfect if you just want to stay in and chill at the facilities in house; great even if you have plans to be outdoors. The indoor sauna remains open till 08:30 which is a greeeat plus!

I like smaller hotels. It would be better that the tourism in Algarve invests in smaller units with more character.

Shower in the room was bad, water pressure was really weak. In April you have to make reservation for the spa which I didn't know and only free slot was in the morning after breakfast.

Very big hotel, little bit outside off Lagos centre. Room was clean and big. Very good breakfast even for person whit celiac.

Room phone did not work. Used cell Phone to call front desk in evening and they never answered. TV mounted crooked. Too Chairs odd shape so more amble behinds can sit in front 1/3 but it narrows as it goes back do very uncomfortable. Bath sliding door got stuck multiple times so hard to dash into bathroom. Overall excellent stay—just got less used room maybe.

Breakfast was great with lots of international options. Francisca at reception was excellent and friendly and very professional.

The hotel is starting to show some wear and does not bear scrutiny. Large cavernous bar which lacked any atmosphere or comfort. Noisy and utilitarian with no creature comforts. Huge echoey dining room which reminded us of an airport hanger. Large, loud and impersonal. The breakfast offering was quantity over quality. No adult only sessions in the spa facilities.

Spacious comfortable bedroom. Clean. Good bed. Modern clean bathroom with great power shower. Excellent customer service. Perfect hotel for families as plenty of facilities on offer.

The air-conditioning in the room worked intermittently but for us to enjoy the sea breeze, we had to open the patio door however the noise from construction builders ruined it. I rang the desk no one picked it until we were at the desk the next morning to mention it

The lady at the check-in desk (Enis) was very friendly and helpful. The view to the sea was good. The layout of the hotel and facilities were also impressive. The breakfast and restaurant staff and cooks were also exceptionally good.

I don’t think you can make the sun shine every day on Feb! We like travelling in the quieter times and the hotel I ’m sure was not full at all. I imagine in busy times it could be quite noisy at night.( ie. could use more sound proofing. Breakfast could also be fresher especially baked goods.l

The breakfast was good especially the omelettes. Baked goods could be fresher. The location was excellent . Loved the board walks. Easy walk to town. Beach was amazing. Very good train/ bus station if you want to travel without a car.

Maintenance everywhere. All inclusive felt like quite the rip off when their pizza restaurant + snackbar are shut and we only got buffet lunches on day 3. The room was freezing cold with no way to heat it. We had the air-conditioning off the entire time and yet the room remained ridiculously cold. Disappointed with lack of slippers and bathrobes.

Staff were super friendly. Vicinity to Lagos and the beach is great.

Room: Needed somewhere to hang clothes when they were drying - had to put them on the back of chairs, etc...too wet/humid to dry on the balcony. Often similar hotels have a pull-out chord across the bath/shower area. No kettle in the room (a kettle is a must for many British travelers) - we asked reception if we could have a kettle and they had one sent up with tea bags and milk - a big brownie point that along with the lovely staff makes us want to return. Facilities: This is not a fault, but it was awkward having to book the indoor swimming pool/spa area. It meant that we felt a bit tied to be at the hotel at a certain time etc.. (Harder bearing in mind we had no car and didn't know what the weather was going to do.) The spa/pool area was nice though and I loved the fact that the pool had black tiles-it made it feel 'womb-like' in the day and allowed for the coloured lights to show up beautifully in the evening.

Location: We were on foot and it was a long way from the bus station/town. We couldn't find the entrance in the dark and didn't yet have a key to access via the beach road, so spent a long, frustrating time wandering about in the rain. It also meant that if we went to town, we had to stay out all day as it was a bit far to keep wandering back and forth, particularly given the wet weather. We did know this to some extent when booking. The location is quiet though, so this was a major plus. Staff: Were lovely. Much more personable/genuinely friendly than in many larger hotels. Had the impression that many of the staff enjoyed working together and genuinely enjoyed the interaction with customers. Room: Comfortable bed. Quiet air conditioning. Bathroom: Good large shower, bidet, loo, and hand basin.... Restaurants: Prices that were not elevated above other local restaurants/tascos etc...It was worth eating on-site, the food was good and the staff superb.

The standard of the food one night was not as high as I would have expected but still better than in other hotels. The room was a little dirty, the vents need to be cleaned better.

The food in general was very tasty and fresh. The outdoor pools were huge and the indoor pool in the spa was very good. The room had a nice view and the size of the room was more than enough for a family of four.

Queues for everything. The poolside restaurant service is very slow, however the snack bar service is good. The staff seemed overwhelmed at times, and a bit grumpy as a result. Not all though - most of the staff were lovely.

The pool area is great and there’s always a lot going on. Rooms are spacious and it’s a short stroll to a beautiful beach.

Although the facilities are very good, the price is too high . For more than 10 years we stay around a week in the hotel in July/august, the stays have been very good but the price is too high for a 4 star hotel.
