It has good clean nicely furnished rooms , has massive parking capacity, is next door to a very basic but reasonable eatery which is extremely busy most days ( a good sign ) free chilled bottled water and coffee 24/7 and a reasonable free breakfast , the rear backs onto a storage facility so unusually quiet.”
