“Given the excellent bus service in Lugano and the free Ticino ticket that comes with your stay (the hosts will print it out and give it to you), it was pretty straightforward to get to and from the city center to this pension. The hosts, Mario and Annemiek, are extremely welcoming and offer good food and excellent service for breakfast. You also get your own sink in the room to brush your teeth even if the bathroom is shared. Would come back if I visit Lugano again!”
