“The host was very good in communicating and ensuring my safe arrival to the property.”

  • “I came here as I was quite unwell with altitude sickness in Cusco, and saw this was very well priced and had that beautiful view. The view from that bedroom is much better in person, the photos on here while they look great do not do it justice how great it looks. Mari Cruz and Juan José went above and beyond to help me get myself back together from the altitude sickness, and help with suggestions and bookings to help with my wife arriving from the airport and to help with our onward journey to Machu Picchu. I also fell in love with Yanahuara. A nice and humble village that while on the road between Urubamba and Ollantaytambo, does have an off the beaten path vibe, but having some places to eat and plenty of convenience stores. The walk from the village to the river is very nice and relaxing. And all at a price that was amazing! I can see why the place gets fully booked up!”

“It is an amazing place to stay in Cusco. The location is excellent, close to Plaza de Armas. The space is super cozy and even has a wood fireplace. The breakfast provided exceeded our expectations and included eggs, a lot of fruits, bread, and yogurt. The garden is amazing and beautifully maintained. We enjoyed our stay!”

  • Arcopata Apartamentos Review score: 9

“I initially booked for a few nights mainly because of the low price. When I arrived at night after a very long journey I must say I was wondering what I was doing there. The flat felt dark cold humid and too close to the main busy road. But the next morning after a very good night in a comfy warm bed (and earplugs) I fell in love with the location, and the little kitchen outside the room made me feel at home. The room is big and even though it needs way more than a new coat of paint, it’s cosy. The fact that it is a bit away from the main center is great because you gar to discover another side and little streets with hidden gems that you would not if you were directly in the center, and in fact it is more quiet as there aren’t many tourists (just cars). I loved staying there and actually stayed 3 nights longer as Cusco is the starting point from most visits Thank you to Jose for his kindness and very helpful welcome”

  • Cabaña del Rey Review score: 9

“The view on the mountains was amazing. We also liked the intimacy of the garden. Only at a 10 minutes drive of the much busier and louder municipalities of Pisac and Calca.”

  • Hotel-Apartment INKASABIOS Review score: 3

“Where should I start? We’ll, breakfast was fine and the terrace setting was fabulous. The accommodations were fine. Overall, the apartments were very comfortable with one major exception—there was no heat. We kept on asking for space heaters which, once provided, worked out ok. The beds were comfortable but awfully high. As a matter of fact, one person fell off of one and ended up with raccoon eyes after the fall. Also, 3 people in the group fell ill and three more, including myself, ended up sick upon return-one person with Covid and one person with the flu.”

  • Eco hause Ollantaytambo Review score: 10

“The cabin is beautiful and was clearly built with love by Huayki, a local Ollantaytambo guy. The big yard on the edge of town is great, and the kitchen is well-equipped. Huayki is friendly and helpful. The walk to the plaza is about 15 minutes, but enjoyable. I wish we could have stayed a month.”

  • “Spacious house with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen where we prepared our breakfast, clay pot heater/aromatherapy with eucalyptus leaves. Relatively a safe neighborhood, with nearby mini grocery shops.”
