  • Citybox Tallinn City Center Review score: 9

“Clean and lots of facilities in the hotel”

  • “All amenities included to last the duration of a two week stay, secure, easy to keep clean. Quiet even though it's close to a train track and we'll used road. Within walking distance of city centre, nomme and where family live elsewhere in the city without the need for a car. It's spacious, well maintained and clean with a well thought-out layout /de-core. Will definitely book the place again on yearly visits if available”

  • “Location good size room nice view over street loved Tallinn”

“Bed was really comfortable. Windows have reflective stickers on them, so it doesn’t get too warm inside. Fully functional kitchen available for use. Location is just wonderful, with its beautiful views, including sunrise and sunset.”

“There were some things I really liked about this hotel, and some things that I didn't much care for. Its location is perfect. The property itself is quite nice, with a veranda upstairs to sit on, tea and coffee available for 24 hours. The staff is very nice. And important to me, it was quiet. But I also have some complaints. The pictures on the website had nothing to do with the room that I got. The room was quite small, dominated by a huge wardrobe that made it difficult to put things like luggage in the room. The wardrobe didn't serve much purpose for us. With two of us in this room, it was quite crowded. Also, I had written to them when I booked it, asking about blackout curtains, because the early sunrise will just wake me up and not allow me to get back to sleep. They didn't have blackout curtains in the room. My niece and I were able to improvise, and we both were able to sleep well because of that. Also, the breakfast was at best adequate. There was plenty to eat, but it wasn't really very good. I only ate there one morning, my first. I told my niece that I didn't want to eat there again, even though it was convenient to do so. But there was one thing that really got to me. The desk clerk asked me if I wanted the room cleaned, and I said that I did not. When my niece and I got back from a day out, not only had the room been cleaned, but the door was left wide open. Not unlatched, not slightly open, but "hello come on in and help yourself" open Anyone could have walked in and helped themselves to my iPad, my camera, my wallet, or my money belt. As far as I could tell, no one did. But still, in all the hotels that I have stayed at over many many years, this has never happened before.”

“There is a very nearby supermarket. The staff is friendly. It is very near to the ferry terminal. There is cutlery and fridge downstairs. The price is pretty.”
