  “It was a stormy, snowy day, and I was welcomed by one of the warmest gentlemen from the reception. They went out of their way to make my stay very comfortable. Whatever I asked, they answered. They also provided an awesome breakfast buffet! On the day of the checkout, I stored my suitcases at the hotel for a few hours to go skiing one last time. When I went back to get my luggage, they had left a couple of fruit on my suitcase, which I found very warm and thoughtful.”
