“Room was ready after 5:30 I have been told to wait in the lobby and I will get a text when room is ready. After 1 hour of waiting went back to reception to check and room was ready but nobody texted me to let us know. In the morning they told me that I have to give the room by 11:00 am. After I gave the room I mention that is not fair to give it back so early when room was ready so late. The male receptionist was extremely rude and arguing that I needed to ask for late check out., Any hotel that I went was the policy to explain to the customer everything and specialy to let them know in case room is given to late that they can check out late. When I ask in the morning he said 11:00 without mentioning that a late check out without extra charge could be available.”
