The host is very helpful speaks English very well and he was available every time when we contact him and needed some advices or information's.   “The property accepted the booking, which was available online. The owner emailed me to cancel, however, my fone had no WiFi. It was cancelled on arrival and I was redirected to a substandard property, at the same rate. Used booking.com many years, never had this experience. I was very unhappy.”

  “We've come to Josanicka banja for the May holidays. The host, Zelko, picked us up at the station in Biljanovac. During our stay he was very friendly and polite and merry. The apartment is clean and well-rounded and there is a heater, so we didn't get cold. The apartment is located right in the center of Josanicka banja and has a perfect view. The most attractive thing for us was the thermal pool, and our apartment was in front of it, across the mountain river, in two minutes walk. I cannot wait to visit this wonderful place again! Thanks to Zelko for our stay!”
