    “Location and affable hosts. Relaxed town within easy reach of major venues. Train station is a short walk. We just spent eight days in Aigle at this wonderful BnB. At first we thought Aigle might be an odd, out of the way place to stay but it was great. It is conveniently located for getting back-and-forth through the wine country, up to Lausanne, and even out to Zermatt. We had a car, so the secure, gated parking was appreciated. The host were charming and attentive. The facilities were spotless and the beds comfortable. One of the best BnB’s we stayed at. And of course, there was Chester the black lab who greeted us gently whenever we returned …”

    “The location is very privileged with a great view of the lake, the breakfast was also very good. The place is decorated with great taste, and the room is also very beautiful and has a great view.”

    “It was a large working farm with a converted barn into beautiful in style keeping guest apartments when a new barn had been built. Breakfast was included which was all home made off the farm, home made delicious ice creams were also available. The hosts didn't speck alot of English(and we no french) but really tried hard to still communicate”

    “Great location with a view of the lake, but it is tricky to find as it’s in a side alley. It’s an old building, so no lifts, and no air conditioning. There’s no staff/reception desk, so you need to pre-register and then connect to an intercom on arrival for the door to be opened. There is a large carpark in the next street, but it’s only free between 10pm and 7am, so you have to be up early to get a ticket, as there are parking inspectors.”

    “The view from the window and terrace was amazing. The owner was very friendly. There was a fine parking spot. The breakfast was late but good. We got very good homemade marmalades.”
