  “Super new hotel. All rooms are modern and well equipped and look fine. Big and spacious bathrooms with large shower. One of the few hotels in Kazakhstan that we stayed at, that provides free bottled water. The staff is just lovely, was always friendly and made an effort to help us. Definitely the best hotel staff we met in Kazakhstan. The location is great, not far from good restaurants and places to see. There is also a nice cafe downstairs where you can get breakfast.”

  “Golden Palace is a god quality hotel notable for its very spacious, comfortable rooms. I have stayed here before and would again. Staff are mostly hesitant with English, but all friendly and doing their best to be helpful. Transport schedules mean that arrivals and departures are usually late at night or in the early morning, and the staff deal with it well. Pay for breakfast separately in the cafe adjoining the hotel. I was impressed by the service when I asked to have some laundry done - back in they early evening of the same day, at a very reasonable price.”

  “Super convenient location within a short walk of Aktau airport. I received a very friendly welcome from the capable lady at the front desk, and checkout went just as well. The room is a good size with good hot water (very welcome after a few days at large in Mangystau), comfy bed, good AC and fridge. I was a little surprised by omission of a kettle. There were no flights during my stay of about 12 hours. The pleasant cafe, which serves good simple meals, tra, coffee, and cold beer, was exactly what I needed and again provided cheerful service. An ideal place to stay before (or perhaps immediately after) an early morning flight.”

  “This hotel was perfect for our stay in Aktau. We received a warm welcome from the reception team, Nasiba and Nurlan, who were super nice and answered all our questions. Also Assel helped us a lot 😌 Breakfast was very nice👍🏾 The staff was amazing throughout our entire stay, their service and help were exceptional! Our room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was spacious. The hotel's location is amazing, with everything within easy reach. It's convenient to get to the city and enjoy a wonderful walk by the beach.”
