    “Excellent service. It was really good that the reception staff spoke fluent English. Clean hotel, really good size room and bathroom. Nice bedlinen and towels. All toiletries you need. Very punctual and reliable free shuttle service from and to the airport. 10 mins drive to the airport. I really appreciate that we could leave some of our luggage with the hotel for a few days while we travel light and this was one of the reasons why I chose this hotel.”

    “Room was comfortable and very clean. Comfy bed and nice shower. The wonderful staff that are so kind and helpful made my visit. They can provide you with safe options for taxis as there are a lot of scammers in Chile especially at the airport - make sure you book a taxi with the hotel. DON'T take taxi from airport from staff that say they work there - they don't even if they have badges. They are scammers and will charge you 80,000 peso!”

    “This is a great hotel - we've been there 3 times already. The 24h reception is one of the reasons - we were always very well received at different times. The rooms are great, huge, spacious and very comfortable. Big bed, perfect toilet. Delicious and various breakfast. We recommend it!”

The reason that we booked this hotel in the first place was that I was quite unwell and wanted to relax, get better, and be near the doctors in the wider area of Providencia. It was perfect for this.”
