“Great place, already stayed here twice and for sure not for the last time. Friendly staff, comfy beds, very very good breakfest included (a lot of options), great selection of traditional meals for dinner and outstanding saunas (for such a small pension).”
“Great accommodation, it has everything you need for relaxing after a good day of skiing: it is spotless clean, has comfy beds, good soundproofing, warm saunas and tasty food. Also, it is quite close to the slopes and easily accessibly by car. I would stay there again.”
“Kathrin was a lovely host to us. Even though we had a delay with our arrival time, she waited for us with a smile and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were excellent and we have nothing but good things to say about our stay.”
“The guesthouse is run by friendly and nice couple Debbie and Peter and is newly renovated. The geusthouse and rooms are super clean, everything is spotless, you can tell that Debbie is a perfectionist. Beds are comfortable, room is cozy (the choise of lightbulbs makes it really comfy), the heating is fast and powerful. You can order dinner in the morning, we had very delicious three course meal and I can only recommend it, Debbie is a great cook. You won't leave hungry in the morning since the breakfast offers plenty of food. The service was superb, Debbie is very attentive and you feel like home. Thank you for your hospitality!
The location is amazing, really calm. You're surrounded with mountains and forrest, which is especially colorful in autumn.
You can go for multiple hikes from the guesthouse, and it's a 15 minute drive to the main road which goes through Gesäusee national park with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains, there are also two starting points for amazing hikes I'd like to mention - Wasserweg (to Hessehütte and Hochzinöndl) and Hartelsgraben (to Salzkar). It's also amazing to drive around the national park, which isn't that big, but it's absolutely breathtaking and the mountain trails can be demanding, which is perfect.”
