“Horrendous experience - the flat is directly located above a disco. The basses make it literally impossible to sleep, hence we had to find another hotel at 1AM.
The property manager told us that this had been communicated in the property description and via email which was untrue. He also threatened to take our comment down from the booking platform and insulted me via text message. The flat manager (whose private phone number is given for checking) also refused to give his identity.
In addition he told me « it’s only 140 euros get over it »”
“Directly across from the hotel, is the cafe wolf, which is open from 6.30 am and does coffee, pastries and sandwiches. The location of the hotel is good, with a 7 minute walk to the Rhine and 5 minutes from lots of shops, bars and restaurants. The Cathedral is visible from the hotel and is around a 15 minute stroll.
