The hotel is a beautiful historic building, just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Oñati. My room was tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. The bed was extremely comfortable (I slept like a log) and the shower was great.
The staff at Torre Zumeltzegi were fantastic: I can't praise them highly enough. They were friendly, patient and helpful and I was especially grateful to Iñigo for the kind welcome and all his recommendations.
The hotel offers a good continental-style breakfast and I ate two evening meals in the restaurant, both of which were excellent.”

“This is a golf club in the mountains. We drove past it and had to turn around and descend to find it. Our mistake since it is fairly obvious from the road. It was busy when we arrived on Saturday evening. There was a birthday party downstairs and some singing. However this didn’t continue late. The room was clean and very comfortable. We ate in the hotel and the food was reasonable with friendly service. The continental breakfast was included and again friendly service. Plenty of parking. Fantastic location! Would definitely recommend .”
