    “This might be the best hotel I ever stayed in. If not the best, definitely my favourite. So where to start? Rooms are clean, large, and modern. I got one with a balcony and it was worth the extra expense. The pool area is brilliant with beds of different types and a great mix of sun and shade. You could spend all day there. The staff are incredible. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a group that is so intent on exceeding guest expectations at every opportunity. From your welcome drink to your checkout, they go over and above. Nothing is too much trouble. Location is the best in Hoi Ann. I did a fair bit of walking around and can say that with 100% confidence. Only 5 minutes to the old town but in a quiet area so you can escape the chaos when you want to wind down. Free bicyles a great perk too. You can ride to the countryside in less than 10 minutes. I didn’t do any activities through the hotel, but they can organize pretty much anything. You always pay a little more than if you do it yourself but that’s to be expected. Most tours looked pretty good value. They did organise an airport drop off for me at 3:45am (brutal I know) and that went very smoothly. I had one meal at the hotel. It was nice and the menu pricing was reasonable. Again, slightly higher than if you went outside but you expect that and still cheap by western standards. Breakfast buffet was great with heaps of choices. Overall, I would highly recommend La Charm for anyone coming to Hoi An. It really captures the charm (pun intended) of the town, whilst matching the service standards you would expect from a larger hotel chain. Well done and thank you!”

    “Although a small hotel but the service provided by the hotel staff especially Min and Helen was professional and exceptionally good (5 stars rating). Min also offered us all the details on the must eat and must visits. Hotel is located on a very quiet street and old town is a 10 mins walk away. Breakfast was not only delicious but freshly prepared and served hot. Bed was comfortable too.”
