  • “The largest bungalows we stayed in in Raja Ampat. Had a hammock and daybed, so we could both relax whilst enjoying the spectacular views. Can snorkel off your private jetty to the great house reef. Walking sharks at night. Liked the whiteboard to assist with sharing trips with other guests.”

  • Lainkalogos glamping Review score: 8

“The campsite was very well maintained. Although I was the only guest, all facilties were kept clean and tidy and the generator was running most of the time. The tent was clean, mattress good. Enough poweroutlets and light in th tent. The whole family was very friendly. Food was great and abundant. I did several activities with Jibril & Axel, who were nice company. There is no Telkomsel signal available, but Jibril has a set up to use his hotspot.”

“Best Value for money during our 3 weeks stay in Raja”

  • Coriana Dive Resort Review score: 9

“We stayed at Coriana for our entire 7-day Raja Ampat trip. Our overall experience was simply amazing! Our room (private bungalow over the ocean) was spaceous, very clean, and all utilities worked properly. All food (breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack & dinner) was included in the room charge. There was no food menu, which made us a bit skeptical at first... however those concerns quickly subsided, as everything being served was simply DELICIOUS and varied in and of itself. All drinks were available as free-flow & self-service at no additional charge (coke, water, cucumber water, tea, coffee). If you're looking for any other beverage, you will need to bring it with you. The resort does not have a dive-shop in-house, but they work closely together with an experienced and GREAT diveshop that can organize any dive-trip you desire (OLIN dive center). We went for a couple of dive day-trips (2-3 dives per trip) organized by OLIN. Also here our experience was splendid... the resort arranged for a takeaway lunch box (again... inclusive) and the dive center came to pick us up at the resort's boat jetty... very convenient! If you are looking for exploring the island yourself, then Coriana can arrange a scooter for you (we payed 150 k IDR per day). Last but not least, the entire staff truly deserves a thumbs up for their great service and friendliness.”

  • “Beautiful new (Nov-2023) bungalows that get a gorgeous sunrise each day. Team are friendly and will help organise things to do if you need. We dove with Soul Scuba (which was so-so) but next time would probably just recommend to take the trips that the host Mima can organise. Make sure to check out the snorkelling at the Soul scuba jetty on Kri island though, it’s fantastic and the homestay can organise a boat over and back. Also Yenbuba jetty and village is interesting, as well as the house reef right outside the bungalows. A lot of people staying on Kri saw our bungalows when getting picked up for dive trips and you could tell they were impressed. Whilst Raja Ampat is a basic homestay area in general I do think think this is where this property shines. The shared bathrooms whilst basic, are clean and do the job (2 cold showers and 2 bucket flushing toilets) and as mentioned you do not need to walk on sand to get there as there is a nice boardwalk. Power is on from about 6pm-6am every night. The rooms, well the photos speak for themselves. There are two beautiful cats, and (mostly) friendly dogs (7 of them!) so perhaps consider this if you are dog-averse. When we booked we received a message to say “Raja Ampat is not for everyone” and it is true. If you are expecting a hotel or resort then this is not the place. But if you are looking for a down-to-earth, tranquil retreat, then this is a great place to stay!”

  • Wai Resort - Raja Ampat Review score: 8

“The Resort island is absolutely stunning! White sand and clear hot waters. It has a decent/fair coral reef in front of the beach and the rooms, although simple, are lovely and confortable. Food is ok and staff is nice. The island has plenty of curious animals: flying foxes; resident black tip sharks, cous cous, giant crabs and fireflies. Transfers for and from the island are extra but worked very well as agreed. Our stay felt like true paradise”

  • Arborek Diving Homestay R4 Review score: 8

“The staff at the Homestay were incredible. We spent a lot of time with the locals and it was incredible to share the experience with them. We had a tricky situation to deal with due to the company that was managing our tour during our stay in Raja, and the staff at the homestay were incredibly helpful and stood by our side at all times, making us feel at ease and protected. thank you so much for your services, it was great to be there with you.”
