  “Great family owned house in the middle of a small village, really quaint and quiet. The room was large, very clean and very warm. There is a very well-equipped shared kitchen on the first floor. Great hosts. I recommend it to anyone who comes to the area for skiing or hiking in the summer.”

  “Very warm and comfortable with an efficient hot shower. Basically that is all you need! A fridge in the room was useful and nice to have a kettle. Luckily we brought our own tea and coffee (though there is nothing to wash the cups up with). This is cute budget accommodation within a comfortable walk to the main resort/night life, yet beautifully quiet. Noticed just the hooting of an owl when we returned late one night. For accommodation so conveniently close to the slopes, and for the price and comfort, I recommend.”

  “We had a wonderful stay at Villa Ema! The staff is great. The two women were extremely polite and accommodating! The breakfast was amazing- homemade Bulgarian breakfast that was enjoyed by the whole family! The room was large, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We will definitely come back! Thank you!”

  “Peter the owner is a lovely man and took the time to explain everything on the menu. The accommodation itself was perfect for us, very clean, tidy and spacious. I would 100% recommend. The food and portion sizes are amazing and it is extremely close to the slopes and across the road from the gondola. Top Notch!!”

  “Great garden with fully equiped tavern, kitchen, barbecue and fireplace, all separated from the main house. Everything is very well maintained and the owners provide everything you need for a good time, even wood for the fireplace and coal. There is also TV and big BT sound speaker. The area is not crowded as the house is situated in the end of the village with a spectacular view towards Rila mountain and the pastures around. You can park you car everywhere. Everything was excellent 10/10, Thank you Mariana, for the warm welcome!”
