“Even though it was realy clean, ridiculous situation happened to us. We left two motorcycles in the garage, first night it was ok, but second night staff moved one of our motorcycles with locked handle bar, instead of knocking to our door and let us do it properly, because "it was really late, and they didn't want to bother us". The thing is, they put the bike to the side of the wall by the top case, so the kick stand didn't even touch the ground. Bike made a hole in the wall and top case got scratched.
We got really irritaded, let them know about the situation, but the host started to lie, that she told us the night before how to park the bikes.
The man who moved the bike was humble, said really sorry but the lady yelled at us.
When we came first night the lady host was a little amused, because of our not perfect spanish, which is not really professional.
