“Where can I start? I liked everything. The staff is extremely accommodating. My daughter's luggage did not arrive on time and the transfer driver sorted everything out the next day and brought the luggage to us. All the staff is very kind, with a big smile and doing their best. The breakfast and the dinner are very good, They taste like home food. We booked half board; there was also cakes and pastry service with tea and coffee at 4:30 pm. There is free tea and coffee all day long. Their spa service is also very good, Indonesian ladies provide lovely massage. Rooms are bright, clean and nicely decorated. Bathrooms are new. The ski room is very well equipped and the instructors are very good. It is a family hotel, we were there as three ladies (my daughters and I) and felt very comfortable.”
