  “Smart, stylish comfortable and recently refurbished large waterfront room on the front of the building with a great view over the harbour from the balcony. In terms of location, it does not get better than this in Spetses. The breakfast is a very decent help yourself buffet and you can take it outside to eat on the hotel cafe seating - which is right outside on top of the harbour wall - and enjoy the superb location and view even if you do not have one of the suites on the front. Transfer from the boat involves no more than walking maybe 100m from the jetty. You might or might not like the fact that the door handle will talk to you.”
