    “Beautiful hotel, in a beautiful area. Large, sun filled room, with a nice outlook. On-site restaurant was lovely and well priced. Staff were fantastic, very helpful and welcoming. Very comfortable bed. Close to the river for a nice walk or run”

    “Our room in the hotel Badeschloss was modern, clean and comfortable, it included a table and chairs to sit at. We had a room in the new part of the hotel which had a spectacular view down the valley. (We spent more than our usual budget on this room). The décor in Badeschloss is a bit quirky and fun, e.g. the interior of the lift looks like you are underwater in a swimming pool :) The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. We enjoyed a swim in the heated pool on the roof top. The breakfast included in our room rate was in the hotel opposite, in a most impressive dining room. Really felt like we were spoiling ourselves.”

    “Honestly best hotel I have ever stayed in. The free bikes are amazing. The restaurant food was top quality. The breakfast was great. The staff are the best hotel staff I have ever seen. I have stayed in hotels so much more expensive and never got anywhere near the level of service I received in this hotel. I will be back again without a doubt.”

    “The host was friendly and helpful, and the communication was great. Our room was simply furnished, clean and comfortable and overall, the accommodation is nicely decorated and welcoming, having mountainous characteristics. Breakfast was included in the room price... a good and varied breakfast: various cheeses and salami, fruits, jam, tea, coffee, also having the possibility to choose something hot such as eggs. We also served dinner which was delicious and at a fair price. We were there at the beginning of the summer season for hiking. For us was a perfect location... quiet, welcoming and in the middle of nature, but also well positioned for our hiking plans. Just in front of the house is a hiking bus stop, but also some hiking trails start just right near the house. We had planned to take the hiking bus to the start of our hike, but the host was very kind and offered to take us by his car for free, a really appreciated gesture! We were very satisfied with the accommodation and would book it again!”

    “Loved everything!Wonderful. I strongly recommend! Incredible accommodation, beautiful, big, comfortable and with great location. The hosts and especially Edda were fantastic and very helpful. Edda provided us everything we needed and gave all the tourist tips for Bad Gastein and the surrounding area, organized everything with great care and prepared an incredible breakfast every day. There is also a sensational wine cellar in the accommodation. We will definitely be back. Thank you very much Edda and Andreas”
