Staff was super helpful and all just went smooth starting from checkin till checkout. Room was smaller than expected but it was clean and had everything one would expect from 4 star facility.

Small bathroom in a deluxe room, breakfast wasn’t that great(poor selection at breakfast) , no restaurant. The hotel needs to upgrade the pillows in the bedrooms, they are not comfortable for sleeping.

The staff are credit to hotel. A/C is good, great coffee at breakfast, and the garden.

Breakfast - wide selction fitting all types of preference. The hotel ocupies two buildings - my room was in the building 100 m from the noisy corner and the area was very quiet with a nice view on park. Very friendly and helpful staff, greetings, guys :). Yes, I would like to come back.

The king bed has 2 single matresses, not 1 big one. There are places with dust, it shows it was cleaned superficially. It's not quite soundproof, and at 7 am I could hear what I believe to be the cleaning staff lurking around the hallway. The water seems to be very calcarous, and it dried my skin a lot. With a bit more attention to detail, this hotel could improve a lot.

Definitely not a 4 stars hotel ( maybe it used to be 20 years ago) . Room had an unpleasant drain smell at arrival, cheapest pillows ( only 1 per guest), old furniture, extremely loud in the morning ( zero interior sound insulation, can hear everything from the hallway and neighbouring rooms).

Great location on one of the most beautiful boulevards, street parking in front of the hotel, clean sauna and gym area, nice terrace and lounge, impressed with the room size and the lounge corner in the room. Room was clean.

The property is in a quiet area that allows you to reach the old town in 30 minutes by walk. Nearby there is a supermarket, a pharmacy and 2 restaurant. The property is quite clean and rooms are spacious.

For that price the degree of cleanness was a little poor… there was hair in the bath cabin and also on the bed. This is not allowed for this kind of hotel… and also from the toiletries the slippers were missing from the room.

Breakfast a bit overpriced with not too many choices. It is served until 10:30 which is very good, but when coming down for breakfast at 10:00, a few things were already missing and not replaced (fruit salad for example) But given the fact that otherwise everything was perfect, not a huge catastrophe per se Rooms are very neat, but rather small.

Very friendly, professional staff, always eager to help, very clean, beautiful location. I will come back for sure!

The room only had 1 pillow which is minimal but could not ask for another as it was late when we got to the hotel and didnt want to disturb the staff so late There was no milk in the room to have with the coffee pod that was there again we could have asked but it was late. Some staff members were very miserable in appearance and chat which was a shame as it made you feel very unwelcome There was a good variety for breakfast but a shame the hot variety was cold

On first impressions the hotel was a pleasant surprise, was greeted by a friendly female member of staff who was more than helpful on our arrival. The room was lovely and a great size set in the old part of the hotel which was lovely There was a good variety for breakfast from cereal, toast, fruit and a variety of hot foods

That they didn’t have vegan milks (coconut milk is my favorite) for the coffee or tea (not organic/bio) At first I was upset that there’s no restaurant during the day or night, only breakfast buffet…. but finding great restaurants 5-10 and 15 minute walks away! The sauna was being fixed, so I didn’t get to use it.

The old part I stayed was really cool. And great! The staff was courteous, kind and willing to help at any point of stay! The even changed my room with kindness and care!

It doesn't deserve 4 stars. I arrived at 23:00 pm and couldn't order anything to drink because the bar was closed, not even a bottle of water... Basically when you come to this hotel you need to bring your own water because the minibar has only 0.50L/person and no complimentary water is provided in the room. Breakfast was expensive (75 lei) compared to the quality and the variety of food offered.

Breakfast was fairly good with good quality coffee. The hotel was well placed to walk into the Old Town. Reception was very helpful.
