How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

hair conditioner was old but the staff provided one new very fast.
the property was clean. all the things we needed the staff provided us very fast. in addition the staff in reception was very friendly and tried their best to help us in every manner. Foods were delicious.

The location, room and amenities were great, but even better was the staff. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. It really made a difference from other hotels I’ve stayed in.

You have to pay for parking because there is no parking space near and hotel offers paid parking.

Not too close to the city centre.
Excellent hotel, very large spotless rooms with equally good bathroom/shower. Bar/Restaurant on top floor with views over Belgrade. Helpfull attentive staff. More of a 5 star rather than a 4 star hotel.

There was not 1 negative thing about this hotel - from the lovely staff, the cleanliness of our room and to top it all off, a stunning view of the Sveti Sava Hram. We will most definitely be back, and bring a few more friends to enjoy a weekend with us at the hotel. I’ve travelled the world and stayed in many hotels, but in this one… it felt like family. Very attentive staff. A lovely lovely staff & experience!! 🌷🌷🌷
i’ve stayed here with my best friend for my Birthday, and it superseded my expectations! the welcoming staff were more than professional and kind - during dinner we had a wonderful experience and as the Birthday girl I’ve been gifted with more than 1 free cocktails and a little gift box.

The hotel was a nice surprise for us. In the middle of a very crowded street, in the middle of a residential location full of high blocks of flats. If you are worried about parking please be relax, the hotel has underground parking and a special employee will wait for you in front of the hotel and will park your car. The hotel is nice decorated and clean. The restaurant at the top of the building was astonishing, with a beautiful view. Excellent menu and service, the breakfast as you wish and order, served at your table. Reception with professional service. They are doing the best to feel comfortable, even spoiled. We will go back, of course!

The staff at the hotel were truly amazing. The girls at the reception went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The general manager Dusan so patient and friendly, helped us to park our van safely in the hotel’s garage and assured us that he could be reached any time if we needed him. We arrived with two little dogs, which stayed at no extra cost, still a dog bed was provided A nice breakfast served with a panoramic view at the restaurant on 7th floor was a treat 😍 The price for a night was very very reasonable Highly recommend this hotel for the perfect location, amazing service and good price We will go again for sure 🤩🤗

Amazing place! Comfortable rooms, rooftop restaurant with amazing views, and staff that will go beyond to make your stay wonderful ! They were just the nicest friendliest people we ever met, each one of them The breakfast, the highlight of our stay here, is served at the rooftop terrace and is a mix of buffet and great a la cart options. Just amazing Location is also very good: so many top restaurants in a walking distance! A 30 min walk to city center, plus a very close tram station.
