I enjoyed my stat since it was my first time. Particularly going up and down on cable cars.

For improvement, the operation of the cable cars to be monitored full time?

Would be great if both breakfast and WIFI is included in the cost of the rooms.

The insects (lots getting into the room at night even with the netting) and the poor condition of the facilities. There is a steep walk up to the room and the cable car isn't always reliable. Walking down with a bag was a mission.

Venue, staff, comfortable bed. The staff were really wonderful. The coffee was good too. It's good for budget accommodation but possibly not the best for business accommodation.

The TV has only three channels; this is unacceptable. The fridge was rusty.

WiFi very good, although it has to be paid separately. The one included in the price is only available in the lobby. For three days about 18 USD. The room was very clean, the cleaning staff attentive and friendly.

They have been out of chlorine for weeks and the pool is unusable.

I really enjoyed the breakfast in the restaurant. The pizza does take a while. I enjoyed riding the vehicular up to my room. I climbed Tenaru Falls and really enjoyed the experience.

Restaurant is painfully slow!!! I recommend to pre-order everything and then come back! Wifi only in the lobby (in room-gotta pay) Most of the staff VERY slow and inefficient (not all of them though) Kettles need descaling urgently (I had to do it myself as reception was useless and after 3 reminders and 8 hours they gave me back the same gross one) Leaking showers Rats (one sniffed my foot in the lobby) There is communal washing machine but doesn’t spin so at the end your laundry is super wet (at least cleanish…you can use dryer) They don’t offer any tours. If you ask, not much information is given (go to the information centre-much better!). But plan in advance, everyone responds very late.

The retro cable car was actually cute! Hot water in the shower Pizza was delicious Tea/coffee in the room, soap and shampoo too AC works well Windows have good mash, just check the door Mattress ok

As always, poor to non-existent management. Restaurant always chaotic and often slow.. Slow hot water and shower. Room had to be changed as first one was not suitable.

Most staff are friendly especially in reception and rooms. Very good location. Pizzas are good

The band played very loud until 3 in the morning Friday night. Shower continually dripped. Gym was filthy. In room phone didn't work. Staff didn't give any information on arrival and there was no information about the hotel in the room, thing's like you have to turn hot water on for shower out on the landing would have been good to know. We were only given one shower towel.Another was provided when we asked. Towels weren't refreshed daily. Bath mat was soaking wet and not replaced. I wasn't there for leisure but if I was I'd be very disappointed. The pool didn't look clean, water was murky. Staff at reception and in restaurant were very slack. The night we had dinner our meals arrived over half an hour apart. They had no red wine even though there was red wine on the menu. Pretty average all round.

It was pretty cheap, but you get what you pay for. Convenient for our purpose

Good central hotel, in need of maintenance

The whole property could do with some maintenance. No hot water in our room. Restaurant was disappointing. WiFi was only free in the lobby - they offer a paid option for the room, but it's very expensive and only covers one device, so it's not really usable. Cheaper to buy a local SIM card with a lot of data instead. Considering the high price, I'd expected the hotel to be in better shape overall.

Perfect location, right in the centre of Honiara, just a block or two away from the museum, art gallery, handicraft market, Our Telekom office, and post office. So it's a great base for walking around and exploring the town. The funicular railway to get to your room is a fun experience and worked fine, although sometimes a little slow when it's busy. The room was comfortable and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room we stayed in needed a bit of basic maintenance to get everything functioning as it should.

The accommodation was basic, but had everything you needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good and the restaurant / bar area pleasant. The reception area was the only place to access WiFi, although they are trialing another "hotspot" service which worked well for me in the room. Great central location in Honiara.

Some rooms are better than others but ask the reception staff if another room suits your needs.

The food in the restaurant is always nice and kitchen staff are generally happy to provide meal requests for special diet. Staff are consistently helpful and efficient. A good experience. Hot water for showering appreciated after working all day. Also decent fridge in room.
