not much… except for the obvious push to order drinks at every dinner? oh, sometimes slow response to requests, but we’re on island time…

it is beautiful, peaceful, special, and welcoming. the food was good as well, we were happy to have half board as everything was very expensive. beach at hotel was lovely, but ANSE GEORGETTE!!! oh la la, absolutely gorgeous. a very difficult place to leave indeed

Paying for water $5/bottle at the dinner buffet or restaurants I didn't like. I feel it should be included. But everything else was great (a small minus...the only minus of the resort)

The beach was great. Anse Georgette beach next to the hotel was great as well. The breakfast was phenomenal. Great selection. The dinner was the best buffet at any resort. The kids club was excellent and my son loved it, wanted to stay there more than at the beach. Service everywhere in the hotel was stellar and 5 star worthy!

The buggy service was slow; after 20 minutes of waiting, we ended up walking to the restaurants sometimes. Without a three-year-old kid, it would not have been a problem

Wow! We were impressed! From the moment of landing to the property and welcome procedure at the reception till check-out, it was a real pleasure to stay in this hotel. The team is fantastic, knowing your names and your preferences for breakfast after one visit, smiling at you all the time, asking the right questions, but never being annoying - bravo! Beautiful beach, cool kids club, good restaurants (the Nest!), nice room, interesting experience with turtles and turtle nests. We didn't play golf, but heard good feedbacks too. We will come back!

We had a fantastic experience at Diva restaurant. Chef Mukesh and Rupak worked tirelessly to accommodate my allergies and gluten intolerances but need to give it up to head chef Tanveer who went above and beyond to accommodate the arrangements , showing great attention to detail. The fine dining experience at Diva truly raised the bar, and the staff were excellent. The kids had a blast in the pool and at the kids' club, adding to the overall enjoyment of our visit. Highly recommend trying Diva for an exceptional dining experience.

We were staying over for my wife's birthday. I requested a little surprise for my wife's birthday and that it was really badly organised. 1. Two of the waiters came to my wife and told her we have a cake for her and let us know when you are ready they will bring it. 2. When they brought the cake, they brought a Happy Anniversary cake, lit the candle in front of her and left it. No birthday song, no smile etc. Basically nothing to make her feel special on her birthday. The hotel manager did apologise on behalf of the staff for the confusion.

Spectacular all-inclusive resort hotel on Praslin Island, Seychelles. Checks the box on all accounts. Golf course (especially the back nine) is really excellent.

No good umbrellas - and the ones they had, had to be shared with other people. As everyone wanted shade, people had to share umbrellas with other people they didn’t know … which means no privacy. This is something that many guests were complaining about and must be changed asap.

Beautiful location in nature, nice rooms, good service, on the golf course, kids club, really amazing.

All stuff members are extremely polite and customers oriented. Buffet restaurant is above the average of any other hotel or restaurant in Praslin. Golf course in an amazing nature.

We had several billing mishaps occur, where we were charged incorrect amounts, not billed, or double billed. We were approached at inconvenient times, including twice after checking out to clarify billing leaving a bad taste after an otherwise wonderful, amazing stay.

The location with multiple beaches is stunning! Meals were very good, and the staff offered a very warm welcome.

We usually dine in restaurants nearby. The Nest inside the resort is pretty good. However the price of wine is a bit too expensive. The self service at the Legend within the resort is very rich but a bit chaotic.

Position, beach, breakfast, surroundings, personnel, service are all outstanding. This is the second time we fly from Europe to this specific place.

Staff could be trained better in the Nest restaurant. Food was not well cooked and staff is not friendly. Water prices in the restaurant Nest was expensive. A local beer was almost 10 euro!!!

Very nice hotel with big rooms. The Diva restaurant is spectacular and staff as well!
