Couldn’t imagine staying for longer than a one night stop over.

Gluten free options for afternoon welcome cake and hot drink. Gluten free Breakfast & Dinner. The food included was a good staple meal. The staff were very helpful. The hotel rooms are basic and provide a place to bed down for the night.

The place/space for the meals and the reception are too tight for the guests capacity that the hotel has. Only one coffee machine. The fruit could be better.

The rooms and hallways need a facelift. Pictures painted a prettier picture than reality. Also the gym which was included was worn down with broken equiptment.

Needed more food options for dinner.

The breakfast and dinner were nice. It wasnt too loud for it being during the international hockey event. The staff were helpful and nice.

Didn't book the room i wanted initially, and here on booking was asked if i want to re-book, i agreed, but unfortunately, didn't get response and didn't get re-booked, because hotel was full. Better to have it straight figured it out in a call. ( booked room with inside hotel view, but wanted with outside city view) Unfortunately it is not so clear in booking when you book the room.

Good location, near from the central station and to the bus stop for work. Good price considering breakfast and dinner is included in the price. Food was always excellent. Room service you need to ask for it, but always very nice and fresh after room is cleaned. Also for long stay you need to ask about the utensils. Although I asked before coming, they weren't in the room, but staff was very nice and brought it up in matter of minutes

On the first night, we could not get the room keys as there were some problems in their system. Staff at the reception helped to enter the room with their keys.

Overall it was a pleasant stay at the hotel. Good from the hotel to offer both breakfast and dinner buffet in the hotel price. They even offered fika in the afternoon.

The windows being covered over due to building works. A may inside door of room to take muddy wet snowy shoes off on would be good.

Only one working elevator made it nearly impossible to use it as it would took often more than five minutes to travel between floors. The building was covered in film because of facade renovation - however no actual works took place between Friday afternoon and Sunday morning. Stormy wind first night tore off part of the film and opened at least some view.

The hotel provides half-board package with decent breakfast, afternoon cake and hearty dinner. Tea, coffee and water were available all day. This is extremally good deal given pricey meals elsewhere in the town. We had very spacious room which included master's bedroom, living area, kitchenette, kid's bedroom and restroom with shower. They also have a special deal for their guests with gym located in the same stairway.

Beware of the free offer of dinner. The first night was vegetarian only. There were some nice salads and some ordinary salads using tinned products. I went out and bought a takeaway to ensure I had a proper meal. Dinner on the second was not much better, with the only meat meal being processed sausage mixed with vegetables. Again, I returned the streets and obtained some additional food. Breakfast like everywhere serves long life orange juice. Why does Europe persist with this second-rate product? There was apple juice. It seems that nobody has ever heard of a juice bar serving fresh juices. Oddly, again, common practice hot food is almost cold by the time you sit down. This seems to be a power saving initiative. Despite a weird 90's CD player in the room, there are no Smart TV options. We like YouTube and other possibilities delivered by Smart TVs. We can watch our own news and other sources in a language we understand.

The staff at check were very helpful. This seemed to set the tone as all of the reception staff were very good. This was a large studio apartment complete with microwave, refrigerator, stove, and everything, but the things you really need, plates, utensils, and cups, very weird. The bathroom was good, and the bed was large by European standards.

The bed can be changed to a big size double bed, instead of the twin bed. The wifi connection at the head of bed is spotty.

The meals are fabulous. Initially I was not expecting the great variety of dinner, which then satisfied me extraordinarily. Breakfast is always warm and ready to be served which is great. I also quite like the coffee, which tastes so nice (not too bitter nor sour) and it serves all day long. The FIKA is also nice. The staff (at the reception desk and kitchen) are kind, well-trained, and excellent.

Parking fee is expensive.

Room is good size with living room and kitchen. The balcony is a bonus although not much great view. We did enjoy breakfast and dinner which are in buffet style.
