We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I like that it was in the center of Jönköping. The food was good and the staff was nice.i told them one of us had food allergies and that was not a problem. You could just ask them and the fixed for you. A plus for that.

Hotel has a nice location, walking distance to touristic area and the lake with breathtaking views. Fika in the afternoon was a nice addition. Food included in the room price was alright but there were too few options. Our room was in the new building and had a very good size, comfortable bed and was very clean. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful with whatever you need.

FinlandIt was certainly just a matter of bad luck, but my room had two small technical problems. 1) the sink did not drain and 2) the door did not lock (unless you slammed it). These are two things that the household people should have easily noticed during the cleaning routine. No drama, just a small glitch in an otherwise very pleasant experience.
The location is very central and the hotel has also some "character", which is nice. When I stayed there, they had an offering including buffet dinner and breakfast, which was very convenient. I was tired after a long drive and I was happy to solve three problems in one go. The "combo" offer was the main reason I chose this hotel. The quality of the buffets was good and the shared tables also gave me some welcome company (I was traveling solo). The staff was friendly and the room spotless clean.

Czech RepublicThe room we got was on the first floor and the first one next to the elevators at an angled part of the building and so we didn’t benefit much from direct sunlight as we were drawing out the curtains to preserve some privacy.
Very accommodating staff (they fixed us a meal after we arrived at midnight), the breakfast has a good selection of tasty food (and the dining hall is quite instagrammable), the eco-friendly policy of the hotel to not interrupt you in your room to change towels unless you request it.

United KingdomCan not see the point with the giant pillow in the bed. Food and breakfast great, except for the pannbiff, it could be bought from any cheep supermarket. Could not understand that contradiction compared with the wonderful potato salad and other nice home made stuff. Happy anyway and wouldn't hesitate to come back again.

Sri LankaThe location is very crowded with vehicles & lack of parking spaces since there are ongoing road constructions around the hotel. We hope the authorities will finish them when we visit next time.
The staff is very friendly and they warmly welcome us. We love the delisious breakfast & the dinner. Really satisfied. And they provided a evening coffee with some delisous cake. Room is very confortable with a large superior bed.

The hotel is well placed in central Jönköping. It's very close to the train station and shopping centre. It's an old but well appointed building, the atrium dining area is gorgeous!!! Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were just lovely, very helpful and happy to answer anything. Breakfast, fika and our evening meal were included. All in the food was lovely. A great selection. Dinner had only one option, which if we weren't vegetarian wouldn't have been an issue.
