Breakfast was included but the quality was according to the price. I would have preferred less choice but a bit better quality (not everything wrapped in plastic etc.).

Good location if you travel by car and want to go somewhere else. Parking included. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very good value for money for our stay (is subject to change of course).

Breakfast could have been a TAD bit better, but the juice was yummy, the food area was very clean, and it was free so beggars can’t be choosers.

They asked for another $.05 at check-in. The young clerk said it happens all the time, though I’ve never been asked before through Booking.com. We had no coins, so he wanted us to pay by credit card. That seems absurd since transactions come with fees to the property. He mentioned that the hotel was empty, but an hour later assigned the room right above us to some noisy people. He was young and may have thought it was convenient for guests to be right by the elevator, but we would have never wanted a room there with late arriving noisy guests above us. Hopefully, some retraining for the clerk would help. Why wouldn’t a property waive the $.05? Seemed ridiculous.

It’s a central location off the 5 freeway right before the grapevine… (or after grapevine depending on what direction you are going) Room was nice. Easy for solo traveler. Continental breakfast was scrappy Real close to Dunkin’ Donuts and other junk food

The hotel canceled our reservation because the credit card I used in the reservation was not working, although I specifically chose in my reservation to pay upon my arrival. I also said in my reservation I would arrive around 9pm, and I did arrive at that exact time. The worst part was that the hotel said they coulnd't match the price I got from Booking, because it was a "new" reservation. Honestly, if I wasn't in the middle of a freeway by night I would search for a another hotel.

We chose this hotel because it was in our path between L.A. and Yosemite. Overall our room was confortable and clean, wich was all we needed since we arrived at 9pm and left at 7am. Breakfast is ok considering it is complementary and we went back to the road right away, so it was good we didnt need to worry about breakfast.

I didn’t like that I couldn’t turn my tv up past level 11 and there was no microwave and the thermostat wouldn’t let me turn the air down

The front desk person when we checked in was not friendly at all. He didn’t smile or made us feel welcomed. The building has no central air conditioner so the unit didn’t make the room cool and it was middle of summer. The shower only had a hand held shower hear that was difficult to clip into place. The bathroom had no counter space for toiletries and do our hair, only a small tray above the sink like a gas station bathroom. There were no USB outlets anywhere and only one outlet next to one of the beds.
