The reception staff were extremely good. They allowed us to check in early as we had arrived on an early morning ferry. Great breakfasts. Comfortable rooms.

We had 2 beds in our double room. They didn’t stay fixed and moved.

The air conditioning. You can’t turn it off unless you take out the hotel room card, and it doesn’t help to increase the temperature it’s still too much cold air and we got sick from it.

We went home a bit late but would still like to enjoy the fitness and sauna. We did take the fitness as it opens to 11 pm, but the sauna closes 9 pm. So we couldn't make it. This is not a real problem and actually quite environmental friendly.

Walking distance to the old town, Very central but quiet located. Really nice view from our room. We didn't experience any problems with busy elevators as other earlier guests commented. The room is well facilitated and comfortable. I read several comments mentioned very cold due to aircondition, but we feel it very nice and the temperature was proper. The breakfast was great and plenty of various choices. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was a mother-daughter weekend we booked and got the room on 14 floor. We both enjoyed and like it very much.

Unfortunately it was festival time when we came, so property was full and outside was very crowded. Elevators are struggling to cope with amount of people staying.

Great property, centrally located. Large rooms seem to be located only on lower floors, but staff helped us find a room we need (after couple of iterations).

We asked for and received 2 separate single beds. The mattress was very narrow. I asked for a room with wider mattresses, the answer was: it is at an extra cost. It is a *4 star hotel and such an answer is not appropriate for a hotel that respects itself.

Really good location, close to public transport and the train station. Welcoming, pleasant and very helpful hotel. The room was fully equipped and satisfactory.

Too big and the services where not adjusted to that - crowded elevators and crowed breakfast because most people like to go later instead of earlier. During Malmö Festival the concerts and screams are so loud that it's all you can hear in the room. Breakfast is good but a proper latte/cappuccino and better pastries would make it perfect! Bathroom door was dirty, probably no one saw it and it not clean regularly like the rest.

Windows do not open in your room and the air conditioner should run all the time non-stop making a bit of exhausting and tiresome noise... Breakfast has an enormous variety of options, but I found it to be not way too better than in other hotels in Malmo.

The bed was fairly comfortable. Nice view of the harbor or the city itself if your room is on the upper floors. The hotel has a sky bar on top of the hotel (you can visit it from the outside, as well).

Nothing. But be aware that is a very big hotel, so in certain moment (for example at breakfast) facilities can be a little full or hectic!

The mexican restaurant was closed during our stay but we had looked forward to try it out. We will try it next time.

Fantastic hotel with excellent location and brilliant staff. Highly recommend, will definitely be back.
