Parking cannot be reserved at the reception, but plenty of places is usually available at the same public parking lot at the same price (in fact, the hotel has certain parking lots at that parking). Parking is fairly expensive (what is usual for town-center). Suggestion for improvement: mark better stairs to incentivize people to prefer stairs to the elevators.

I particularly enjoyed the atmosphere that all members of the staff seamlessly create every day - you always meet a smile, a good effort to help you in all details, and it all natural! Very important that the hotel is in the center of Helsingborg town, just a few steps away from the train station and the ferry, clean and tidy, and the breakfast is great (great selection, fine quality). No noise from outside, but occasional noise from the corridor is possible. I also liked that they offer daily "please, no room service" if you stay for several days and prefer your room to not be serviced every day.

Had booked a room with a sea view so had expected a clear view over to Helsingor. The room did look out onto the water but only sideways onto the nearby pub. Very limited food options for my first chosen date of 24/12 so rebooked to 25/12

In general a decent hotel but a bit outdated in some areas. Especially when taking their price range in consideration, then it feels a bit overpriced.

Nothing that matters for sleep quality really as the hotels is absolutely great!!! But if I had to give constructive feedback it would be that the rooms could looks newer, more modern, more classy. :)

WOW. Where can I start? The hotel exterior looks great. The location is PERFECT. Right at the bay, only a 2-3 minutes walk away from the EXCELLENT concert venue Tivoli (that we saw an amazing TREAT heard rock gig at!) and the great bar Vinyl Bar. The whole area looks really good, and I loved being there. The receptionists were super kind (!!!) and gave some of the best service I´ve experienced at a Scandinavian hotel!!! :D Nice huge spacious area inside the lobby. Fast elevators. Big rooms. And here´s the best part: SUPER QUIET ROOMS LIKE YOU´VE NEVER EXPERIENCED BEFORE, SUPER DARK ROOMS (GREAT LIGHT PROOF CURTAINS!!!), AMAZING COMFORTABLE BEDS!!! So these rooms are actually a 10/10 because of that! Even if they don´t look brand new or too flashy. Trust me, you´ll sleep like a baby in these beds! :D

The room I had did look out over the water, like I requested, but it was right in front of the ferries that were in traffic most of the night. I didn’t mind too much but I wanted my window open so it was a bit noisy. The room I got was VERY outdated and in serious need of a refurbish. The carpet looked like blue astroturf. The furniture looked more like motel furniture. It was extremely disappointing. This hotel has a 4 star rating but I don’t know how they got that. Perhaps because of the location? In my opinion the hotel may be a 4 star but the rooms (or at least the room that I got) is at best a 3 star. The staff was without doubt 5 star!

The hotel has a very nice location. Everything was easy as far as proximity to the central train station - literally next door. Parking was easy to arrange. Reserved parking spots where available to buy from the front desk. The breakfast was very good. I thought it was unnecessary to charge extra if you wanted a cappuccino or espresso. A hotel that claims to be 4 stars should have free selection of coffees. The staff was exceptionally nice.

The stairs were disappointedly dirty. Maybe it is expected that everyone takes one of three elevators which were great.

Breakfast was the best I've ever tried. Considering I am on a non-meat and gluten-free diet, there was an incredible diversity of dishes. Just great! And we were allowed to stay as long as we needed though the breakfast time was out. And an extra bonus was a bath in the room.

We got upgraded to a suite because there were no rooms available we had booked. The flowers were dying .. there was a hair in the bath.. the coffee tables need to be repolished because sitting on the couch you can see every coffee stain ..it looked so grubby …and no curtains over the outside doors so no privacy …

I received a number of promotional emails beforehand, but they were in Swedish, and I wasn't able to translate them to English.

This four star hotel was very impressive. Our room was excellent and the hotel is in a perfect location. Breakfast was included and was of the highest standard. We were able to store our bikes behind a locked gate. Highly recommend.
