Weird interior in the room. No potty available for 2yo. Showerhead was broken. Staff was "Basic" friendly, not super welcoming.

Vasastan is a great location overall. Great breakfast, nice lobby.

the only negative is that it was half an hour walk from the center but it's worth the walk

Bathtub is dangerously slippery and nothing to hold on. Gym opens too late. I’m a fitness pro and getting started 6 am at the latest is crucial.

First room allocated wasn't cleaned so I had to change it. Second room was near the works of renovation of the hotel so very noisy. I had to change the room again.

Enry point just oitside had a narrow box for wheel chairs or disabled persons. In my opinion the space oit to be put directly at entry.

The presence of staff was minimal and yet everything procedded well. There was plenty of room in between different tables and the"Food Islands" were well stocked both fresh products and processed foods. Generall, seen from customer platsform everything well organized and that could be seen on the staff who served. They were busy bit wth happy faces. Lastly, B/F was served from 6;30-10 and in my opion good timing for many who were in STockholm for business and meetings.

Even though there was 10/10 breakfast buffet, I don't understand how the coffee was that bad, (from the pictures on booking you can't get you get the room with bathtub or not, I was hoping I'd get one, but unfortunately got room with just a shower). Lighting was really bad (weird position of the chandelier) and most of the room was still dark.

The breakfast was good but some of the things I got like orange juice, apple juice and fruit tasted a bit off, it would’ve been way better if the quality was a bit better And for the price of the hotel I expected more facilities like slippers and free minibar, but it was a good stay!

We couldnt change the settings for the AC and the room was a bit chilly. The bathroom floor was a bit dirty, didnt want to walk on it barefoot.

The room was very big and there was lots of space, the bathroom was spaceous too. Breakfast was amazing, so many different options.

Single room is very tiny. There is no door in the bathroom so the light will come in very early in the spring/summer. Bring masks if not used.

Great location, especially for visit at Karolinska institute/hospital but also steps away from train and metro. Excellent breakfast, very nice gym and spa.

The shower would flood the whole bathroom floor, which was a hazard as it would be slippery on the tiles and would need a towel each to mop it up after each use

The room looked like a bit old. The shower was small and also the shower screen was not sealed with a plastic at the bottom so the water run out if we were not careful enough. The information says pay in SEK and also the payments can be done with some card types but in no place were said the hotel is CASHLESS, we expended more money than expected because of that!

Breakkfast variety was incredible, amazing. The Spa was 5 starts too.
