Main issue was the smell from the drains which permeated the hotel.. more facilities would have been appreciated - tea making facility/onsen/drying room.

Shuttle to and from ski field was great and ample time slots to pick. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff were great, very kind and helpful, picked us up from our bus on arrival.

The hotel doesn't offer luggage storage after check-out which causes some trouble for us.

Initial communication with hotel was very poor, they appear not to check messages until day before. See attached shuttle timetable to assist with planning.

Location not far from Tomamu station and not far from ski fields. Hotel shuttle transports back and forth. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Rooms were basic but comfortable.

It's quite pricey for a place which provide basic amenities but we have no choice as that is the only place we could book. There is not much thing to do in that town. Basically the location only has a small restaurant and another hotel that offers Clamping.

We book this place it is probably the only place close to the gondola leading to the Unkai Terrace and could accomodate a family of 5 pax at that time. We have a house to ourselves and splitted into 2 levels. The 2nd level is actually an attic which doesn't have much head room. Everything is quite clean and there's only an aircon blowing the whole house. There is a small restaurant within walking distance called Shinta which serves pretty good Japanese BBQ.

The front desk desk wants to help, but not good at customer service commission skill. Other Nepalese staffs are friendly and helpful.

The bed futon is poor quality with hard spring. The provided room is close to the staircase, loudly hear the noise from other visitors and could not sleep at all. The floor was dirty a bit.

The location was not bad, close to Hoshino resort for our visit to Unkai terrace. The amenities was fine and nice having the air purifier.

Hotel Gracey/Graysee unfortunately wasn't what we expected. With limited accommodation options left for our travels in Tomamu we now wish we paid a little extra and stayed somewhere else. We came to Tomamu to ski and picked this place for its free shuttle service. We messaged the property 3 days, 2 days and on the day we were due to arrive across multiple platforms and received no response. We ended up having to hire a car to get to the property. Our non-smoking room smelt, the beds in the loft had been used by previous guests and were unchanged, the heating was turned off leaving the room cold and the lights are off at 9 pm so you have to navigate the long corridors in the dark. The accommodation is overpriced considering they leave a bag on the door for fresh linen so be expected to change it yourself. Unfortunately, this property, for us, put more effort into selling a 10kg bag of potatoes than they did in responding to concerns about our room.

The meal provided on-site at an extra charge was tasty and you can sit around a fireplace in the dining area. The room was spacious for the two of us and we had somewhere quite to lay our heads down at night.

This place is over priced. Maybe it is the only available motel in Tomamu other than Hoshino Resort and Club Med.

Hotel is clean. Since there is not much option cheap option in Tomamu, this is the only hotel that we can afford. Location is good. View is nice. Staff is helpful

1) No lift to carry our luggage to 2nd floor. 2) no aircon in the room only portable heater, humidifier and fan in Japanese language so i have to figure out how to operate. 3) being assigned to room which about 100m away from main building. No staff service onsite at night so unable to request for addition pillows to have proper support of our nech and shoulder. 4) pillow is too small then regular size and too low profile unable to support our nech and shoulder so couldn't sleep throughout the night due to aching. 5) bed frame is too small for two persons.
