The location isn't as close to the public transport as I expected. The toilet clogged. The elevators are slow.

Nice, comfortable room, amazing breakfast. Loved the cancelation policy, free cancelation until the day of arrival, a big plus in these uncertain times.

Room was not in the best condition but it was comfy and clean, I understand they’re rennovating currently so it’ll be updated and in better condition. Breakfast was incredibly busy on the Saturday which was our first morning and didn’t seem well managed. For this reason we didn’t even attempt breakfast at the hotel for our other two mornings, we went out to eat instead.

The bed and pillows weren’t the best and the bathroom was very tiny. Also the shower had hair stuck under the door from prior guests

The breakfast was fantastic. One of the best breakfast buffets we’ve had while in Europe. Location was great, short walk to the shopping district and a 20min walk to old town

The bathroom needed updating and the shower partition didn't work, so the water flooded everywhere.

It was very central and in a lovely area. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was amazing.

They cancelled our flight, so we sent a message through booking saying we will arrive one day later. They didn’t read the message and they complained we didn’t communicate properly - we should have called in their opinion, in order to avoid the not shown.

Hotel is in a good position, new and clean.

- There is NOT a late checkout on Sundays, they did not suggest any such possibility when I asked! False advertisement. - Spa and gym costs 700kr extra!! - No windows is a bit claustrophobic room & hallway

I should have opted for a room with a window :-) My own choice/mistake! The room had a good enough climate system, but got a little warm/stuffy, so it was nice to have a good fresh breath outside.

Very nice breakfast, lot of choices and nice Scandinavian food!! The hotel is located conveniently, also with regard to connection with the airport (bus stops right in front)

Well similar to other scandic hotels it's a little bit old and bathroom could be refurbished. However in terms of pricing it's on of the hotels you can't complain as the price for Stockholm is still one of the best and you get all what you need.

I requested a quiet room and request has been mentioned when I arrived and was completed to my full satisfaction. Breakfast is fabulous and restaurant is nice. Staff is very friendly. British Pub in the facility which is also nice. A lot of restaurants nearby and Odenplan station less than 5 minutes walk.

Bathroom and shower has limited space but nothing dramatic.

Staff is very good and professional, they are well trained, they have thorough knowledge and are fully aware of what is going on. Breakfast is plentiful with variety and good quality. The rooms are really nice, quiet. Fridge, iron/board, coffee/tea making: it is all there.

There was no air conditioning so our room was a little hot at times and there was building work going on which woke us up on a couple of occasions - starting before 7.30am one morning.

Staff were very helpful, the gym had an excellent range of high quality equipment and the breakfast was amazing.

It was a little bit noisy inside the room probably from the ventilation fans.

Really good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. A little bit far from the city center, but the subway station is not far away. Also, right next to the hotel there is a bus stop to reach the airport.
