The doors for the lift were a bit heavy to open, but there was probably a reason for that.

This hotel is the perfect location, across the road from the train station and a few minutes walk from the main area with various shops and restaurants. The hotel is beautiful inside with quirky decor. Our room was average size and comfy with tea making facilities and a fridge. We especially loved the large bathroom with the heated floor, so cosy. The breakfast was huge and plenty of options for us to eat, including vegetarian options. Would recommend this hotel to others.

The esthetic was not my taste, a bit outdated, but besides that everything was good.

The location coming with the train its nearby. The breakfast was great! So many options that you don't know what to choose. The staff at the breakfast was very nice. The beds were very comfy, the bathroom was also nice and big.

We stayed in the annexe, which was very comfortable and convenient. The whole hotel had an old world charm, which added to the appeal. The breakfast was served in a beautiful dining room and was superb.

We had been advised that renovation work might still be taking place, but it was disappointing to find that much of our window was obscured and construction work started early on two mornings.

Good sized room and ensuite with the facilities we had sought - kettle, safe, fridge. Location excellent, facing waterfront, on edge of old town and two minutes from train station. Excellent breakfast with a very wide choice. Bishop's Arms pub was integral to hotel and a useful bolthole for an affordable evening meal, though somewhat limited choice. Staff were very professional.

At the time of our stay, they were redoing the hotel facade - so there was quite a lot of scaffolding blocking the view of the canal.

Location was perfect, breakfast was great, and our superior double room was clean and comfortable.

There were renovations right outside my window. It is the off season after all. The best time to do it. Because of the scaffolding I could not see out to even see what the weather was like. There was only noise on one morning. Otherwise it was not disturbing.

The location was across the street from Central Station and it was very close to everything I wanted to do. The breakfast was good and it was close to an English pub where I was able to eat and drink. Rooms and bed were comfortable, clean and warm

Soundproofing in the rooms could have been better. I could hear the sounds of conversation in the room next to me while laying in bed.

Location was fantastic, right across the canal from Malmo Central train station. Plenty of food locations in the area. Room was MUCH bigger than expected, which was a huge bonus.

The facade of the hotel was being worked on which meant our view from the window was scaffolding and the outer sheath. As we didn’t spend much time in the hotel room, this wasn’t a huge issue.

Beautiful hotel on the waterfront, a stone’s throw from the central station and the town square. The room was beautifully decorated, the beds comfortable and the bathroom was recently renovated with a heated tile floor and great pressure shower. We really liked the little library off the main restaurant for drinks and snacks.

I could hear my neighbors in the next room *very clearly* and loudly. This prevented me from getting to sleep when I wanted to.

The location can't be better! It is literally situated on the 'town square' and is a <5 min walk to the train station. The room was very comfortable (appreciated the space heater!) but I could very audibly hear my neighbors with was undesirable. Breakfast had a lot of variety and the quality was good.

The room was much smaller than it appeared on the pictures, no international TV stations - the hair dryer was defect which we adressed to the reception - but it was not changed. The breakfast was really good - but more or less standart. We expected a bit more for a 4 star Hotel - the scrambled egges for example were not good, too much water or cream in it
