We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Stunning, the area is completely stunning We stayed in the other part of the Hotel next door, an old bank, very nice, large warm cosy room, effortless check in by wonderful staff, parking round the corner up on a roof, the castle opposite is beautiful.. great nights sleep in really comfy beds, faultless stay, breakfast was in the main building, again very good..

SwedenWe were all going to have a terrible night because the double bed was dirty and incredibly noisy and the children's bed's mattress was very thin. The bathroom was tiny, and the door was making a nasty noise.
There is something for everyone's tastes on the vast and varied breakfast buffet. The hotel's dining lounge, where you may sit and take in the view of Orebro Castle while eating breakfast, is its most attractive feature.

NorwayHotel is very outdated...and I don't mean "old charm" here...Very cold rooms.First room that we've got wasn't what we've ordered. We've ordered family room and we've got double room with a broken bed for our 5-year old...But that was quickly fixed by really nice lady working in the reception on Friday evening 25.11.Second room was much better and the right one but very cold-probably because old windows (that by the way need some cleaning) and old heaters. All curtins in the room had some kind of spots.Very poor choice of tv channels.
Very poor compaering to other hotels that I've stayed in this price range.Fruits and vegetables wasn't fresh, eggs were cold and microwave that was placed as a baby food warmer shouldn't be in use for a long time ago (inside coat was off in a lot of places)-I´ve use it because there was no warm milk at the breakfast...Also whole breakfest area wasn't cozy at all.

Colombiathe bathroom was full of fungus and the bed was extremely bouncy with a thin mattress. During the night could get very noisy due the parking places and restaurants. often the smoke from the employees smoking area got into the room which was very bothering.

GermanyThere is nothing negative that I can say about the hotel or my stay in Orebro.
I like the hotel building, the decor, and, of course, the great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, with a nice view to the side street. As all the bars and restaurants are closed at 11pm (COVID restrictions), even Friday night noise has stopped at this time. The bed was very comfortable, the room was light and airy. Everything was in a reasonable order and functioned properly. It was a pleasure to have a good breakfast sitting near the window with a view to Orebro Castle. I would love to come again in summer time! Internet connection was good too:-)

FranceWe were put in a room that wasn't in the main building, where the elevator was under repair. The staff didn't warn us beforehand and we had to carry heavy luggage by the stairs to reach our room which was on the highest floor of the building. We even had to climb what looked like a service stairs, and when we finally reached the room, what we found was a tiny one under the roof with no real windows, and it was hot as hell. We where obviously given the worst room of the hotel for no reason, maybe it's a treatment they give to Booking guests, but the experience was very unpleasant for us. We would never have paid that price if we had seen the room beforehand.

DenmarkRooms are way too hot. Need some kind of air condition, which I see a lot of other reviews also says. The elevator is smelly and seems to never be cleaned, no matter which time of the day.
The staff is friendly and good service. The bed is comfortable. The room was clean and a good size. I don't think there was a lot of noise from the street, despite the location (and great location close to the center).
