Opening times of the bistro could be better especially when arriving on a Friday. Also when it’s busy the queues for the bar is long as they don’t offer table arrive which is what you expect staying at a hotel.

Fully accessible as I was using crutches. Ramps located throughout the property.

You should pay 300kr for charing the car at the charging station. There wasn't any sign to notify ppl to go to reception for reservation and payment of the charge. We pluged the car and one hours later got to know that the car is not charging. Most of the hotels have free charging and I never paid more than 150 kr for those which were not free. 300kr for one charging is too much.

The room was not cleaned properly, so we had to ask to get it cleaned, which they did. The shower was weird, and the shower doors did not close fully, so there was water all over the floor every time we took a shower.

The view, the room was good, breakfast was excellent with a gorgeous view. There are woods all around that are full of blueberries. 😀

The beds were not only pretty small, but the madrass was extremely soft, making it hard to move without feeling like you're gonna fall off. It was also pretty hot in the room, and the windows wasn't adjustable. Breakfast was decent, some things were cold-ish, juice (orange/apple) was extremely disappointing. The juice felt overly watered, and the apple almost felt like I was drinking something expired. The shower leaked a lot of water due to the nozzles most likely being filled with lime, as well as there being no lock for the shower door and nothing on the floor to prevent water from exiting.

Very tiny coffee stains? on one of the sheets and the floor close to the table. Weird bright red stains on the ceiling/wall above the bed, but we could live with these minor details! (Forgot to take pictures) Bad wifi coverage in our room and the tv could not connect to wifi.

Delicious breakfast, amazing view over the city and forest (sadly the fog got in the way), comfortable and spacious room perfect for family. Overall pretty clean except a few minor details.

Needs better beds and lots of slamming in other residences doors wich caused a lot of disturbance during sleep.

Despite booking parking with charger it was not available. I arrived late night with empty EV and caused me troubles next morning when had to spend additional time which I didnt have to charge my car.

The suites really needed some serious renovations. Trimmings falling off the walls, rusty nail in sauna, bathroom tiles and trimmings breaking/looking filthy from age. Towels not feeling very luxurious but rather cheap and used.

The size of the room and bathroom. The distribution of the bufet at breakfast was a total caos same line for cold and hot breakfast, no sitting, if they know in advance there is going to be a lot of people then extend the hours and make a better plan distribution of the bufet stations.

Everything looked great and the rooms were nice but there is a strong scent of perfume in all public spaces. I would definately not recommend this hotel to anyone who is sensitive to strong scents or has astma. Its not a bad smell but it’s just everywhere and way too prominent.

Big and nice family room. Comfy beds. Good breakfast. Great view and well decorated. Great location next to ski tracks.

It was very warm in our room and they have found any fan in the reception to borrow. But except that, we where so happy with the hotels and we have stayed here many times

There was a lot of noise from all the people driving up the hill to enjoy the view (many motorbikes and cars with loud music playing), apparently the best place to enjoy the view was right underneath our balcony, which made it pretty unusable. Maybe the area around the hotel could be behind a ramp to prevent this. During the sunset, the sun shone into the mirror on the wall, which made it impossible to keep the curtains open to enjoy the view. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed on Sunday so we couldn't eat dinner there. The hotel was very large and the corridors felt like on a ship. We stayed in the newest part of the hotel, I can imagine the rest of the hotel wasn't as nice as our room was.

A secluded hotel on the tallest hill in the vicinity with a breathtaking view of the whole city and the surrounding nature. Our room featured a balcony which was great to enjoy the view from. The beds were very comfortable, there was plenty of room for sitting and all our stuff, the bathroom was also pretty spacious. The breakfast was nice, with many options to choose from and the option to order fresh french toast from the kitchen. Plenty of parking in front of the hotel. The hotel is in the middle of a large nature reserve, which was a really nice change from all the city hotels we stayed in before on our roadtrip.
