We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

LuxembourgIt was poorly isolated, the decoration in my room needed a refresh and the carpets in the steps and corridor need to be changed.
Nice staff, very professional. It was a fire alarm going off one evening during my stay. The staff knew immediately exactly what to do, so that felt very reassuring. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant was nice but understaffed the evening I had dinner there but they did their very best always with a smile and friendliness. The location is perfect in the middle of the city.

United StatesThere was nothing not to like. It just was a pretty tiny room, but I was the only one in it, so it was fine.
It was very well located, we were greeted by a wonderful young woman, who seemed to never go to bed. She was there almost every time we went by the desk. The breakfast was lovely, it was easy to have them do my laundry for a reasonable price, and everything was very clean. It was a tiny little room though. I think we’re used to bigger rooms where I come from, but it had the essentials and I was quite satisfied.

United KingdomThe bathroom was small, the extractor fan didn't work and the whole room flooded when you had a shower. We have stayed at this hotel many times whilst visiting family, it's a shame that this room was the worst we had stayed in.
