The pavement at bottom of stairs outside hotel 🏩 was chapped someone could have tripped and fallen.

The room. Breakfast lite bites was great different variety everyday. Location good found a much closer station to hotel than Outram Park. Staff very friendly go out of their way to give guests best experience.

Staff were very friendly and always obliging to meet any requests, rooms kept clean and tidy close to transport. Close to hawkers market for dining.

Basement access via a road with no pavement is not super safe with a stroller

Wonderful staff- especially Rati who was very thorough in her explanation of what is offered and very helpful. Well situated in a quieter part of Singapore. Not far from MRT. Good size room.

The shower in the room needs to be fixed. It was either overpowering, which ends up splashing the blinds and flooding the entire ensuite floor; or too weak to enjoy a good shower.. I would rate the hotel as 3 to 3.5 star rather than a 4 star

The bathroom was spacious; room size is bigger than normal for the money in Singapore. The daily complimentary fruit and snacks (sandwiches and bread buns) were helpful, particularly if you're on the go each morning. Location is also very convenient with coffee shops and restaurants in the vicinity. Enjoyed the famous Tiong Bahru Pau shop just within footsteps. Friendly hotel staff too..

The wifi for the TV was a little dodgy and kept dropping out. Not a big issue though.

Rati was very accommodating and is a customer service superstar! Very clean and comfortable. Would stay again!

No swimming pool and no exclusive breakfast, although there's free bread and instant coffee in the lobby on 1F. That's Ok since I could have other chances to enjoy Singapore food.

The room situation is the same as the pictures on web. And the bathroom is larger than i imaged. In addition, air conditioning is very cool, I very like it.

it is not far from the city or CBD, however, requires public transport if you want to go somewhere, i.e. not walking distance to anything

Outdated, water doesn’t work properly sometimes it never gets warm sometimes too hot straight away, no in room amenities or bar, no in room dining options.

The staff were really good. Especially the gentleman who was clearing the breakfast area in the morning and helped us with our bags. Such a fantastic attitude from a staff member

Unlike others hotels, there is no supply of bottle drinking water in the room.

Easy access to metro. Room clean and tidy. Good value for money.

Low water pressure and had to wait 15(!) Minutes with the shower running for hot water! Not very sustainable. Rooftop closed completely. Not even bottled water provided in the room. Bathroom was also a bit moldy.

Near Tiong Bahru Market and close to MRT Station. Complimentary Breakfast and friendly staff.

Noise from the road was very noticeable, even at night. The smoke alarms had a really bright green light which lit up the room at night so be warned if you like sleeping in complete darkness. The bathroom was frosted glass which we really didn't like as you can see someone sitting on the toilet. Light switches were really confusing!

The location was fantastic, walking distance to Tiong Bahru market, bus stops, mrt stations and lots of restaurants. We even found a laundromat a short walk away. The room and bathroom were huge and house keeping staff were great. A/C was very effective. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Front of house staff were also helpful and friendly.

Need to climb staircase to go to the lobby counter. But u can access wt the lift frm basement if u carry luggage. It is at the mid of havelock and outram park mrt so u need to walk some distance. Early morning when someone passby corridor talking can woke u up if u were light sleeper. Ask for inside room to avoid this. The lighting in toilet not suitable for make up.

The room is spacious and clean. Toilet and bathroom is separate with sink in between. Shampoo and bath gel is nice. Worth for the money. Near to Sg hospital. Many eateries around. Need to walk 7-8min to havelock station or further 10 min to outram park. Opposite there is bus stop. It is near to tiong bahru side if u want to get some cafe or eateries hype. Light breakfast and freeflow drinks provided. Room provide filter machine for water.
