It’s located in Ljubljana but not so close to the center. You have to walk 25 minutes to go in the city. However, the walk in through Tivoli park which is pleasant.

Guest house with a typical Slovenian restaurant. The host are welcoming and very kind. You can easily find the property, and the little plus, park your car in the restaurant’s backyard. Very useful !

The parking was under construction (booking.com didn't update this information), but the staff helped us find a solution and everything went well afterall.

The breakfast was very nice. The woman preparing it attended to all our needs. Very dog friendly place The restaurant was wonderful. Very good food but mind the opening hours!

They are in renovation, the parking was extremely tide and was just a miracle we did not scratched cars on the ballet we made for getting out of the yard.

The single rooms (105 and 106) were constructed in the attic space of this old building. There are beams that go across the room and the bathroom. If you are more than 5 ft 4 in you might hit your head on them if you do not remember to duck under them (I did one time time). There is no room for you to lay out you luggage nor is there any space to work from your laptop. There is a desk area with a chair, however, the refrigerator is sitting on top of the workspace. In room 105, the retaining clip for the shower wand was broken so you could not take a real shower (you had to lay the wand across the water valve controls while you washed) If you have a car, there is parking but in a very small courtyard. You might be asked to move your car to let another out.

For a budget minded traveler it was a good option. The gentleman/owner who checked me in was very personable and helpful in directions to the city center. The room offered a refrigerator. Breakfast was a wonderful surprise with a good selection of breads, meats, cheeses and fruit. The eggs were made to order. I wished that I had been able to eat dinner in the restaurant. It looked like an interesting/traditional menu served in rustic restaurant with old world ambience.

Our room was very clean, the air conditioner worked perfectly and in a super quiet mode. A free parking space on the premises was very helpful. The center of the city is 15 min by bus, so the location was good for us. Breakfast was good.

They know we had a baby, there was no kettle or any hot water in the room. I texted the caretaker but there was no response. We needed to prepare meal for baby but we couldn't. That was a big negative for the room.

The room was big and clean, also comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The lady who was responsible for getting payment and breakfast does not know English, but she was very kind and helpful.
