The room looked nothing like the photos, it was tiny and cramped. It was a really cold day but I only had a thin blanket and they said they had switched the heating off so I could not even heat up the room. It was quite noisy and cold, the restaurant wasn’t open so it was hard to get food and I don’t think the staff were as accommodating as I would have hoped

Our hotel was amazing!! Before check in we had requested a room with a view of the mountains and they gave us one with a large balcony and amazing views. It's location was also perfect with parking and the major sites close by. I would highly recommend!

The reception staff had an attitude problem. We had to carry our valuables around with us as the safe was not working. I was told follow the instructions, the next day I found out that we needed a key, the Wi-Fi stopped working and also the air conditioning didn’t work at first. For what we paid the hotel was very poor.

AC wasn’t working and they kept giving excuses to wait and to wait and never fixed it worse night in my 2 weeks trip to Italy. Will never go back to this place.

The location is perfect, only few minutes walking to the city center of San Marino. Beautiful view from the apartment. The breakfast is incredible and the staff is so kind.

One of the rooms, that we paid equal money for was no bigger than a matchbox, curtains did not block the street light, you could not reach your bedside table without climbing over the bed, we know they had larger rooms, we saw them, the bed was hard and the room was very noisy. One of staff just brushed my wife off when she requested a topper to help sleep. Again, as foreigners we felt like second class, even though we paid the same. I'm not sure of this trend of allowing dogs to stay in hotels, and no evidence of mattress cleaning/sanitisation for the next guest.

Some of the staff were friendly and offered assistance. The location was excellent and parking the car was relatively easy and the fee was subsidised by Hotel Joli. The Restaurant next door, associated, was excellent with great staff.

The hotel’s location is perfect for walking around the city and very convenient for local shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable, the views outstanding. The breakfast was excellent too. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, quick to help and speak English.

There were some tree blossom season and petals were just everywhere, but that is not problem of the hotel.

We just stayed one night. Location is great just about 100 meters from city gates. Breakfast very good. Staff was very helpful. Some of the rooms have quite epic view. It is connected to restaurant next-door. You can get a discount on city parking not far.

The beds were very hard and the only way to adjust or turn off the air conditioner was to contact the reception desk. We had to use spare duvets to sleep on so that the beds were marginally softer and we got the air con turned off completely as it caused too much cold air in the night.

The location was good with a great view from our balcony. The room and bathroom were a good size and clean. We also had a minibar. There was breakfast available onsite which was handy.

Staff not very friendly. We had to call reception a few times to get the air-conditioning to work as they control it at reception. Room was OK but not a lot of places to store things. We had one of the most uncomfortable beds ever and the pillows were like foam bricks, super thin and so hard, I don't know what they were made of and I never want to see them ever again!

Hotel is in an OK location but there are more closer to the old town. Staff not very friendly. Air conditioning was good once on. The ladies at breakfast were a delight and breakfast was nice with a good selection.

Hotel Joli was a wonderful hotel. They gave a beautiful view out the window. The hotel also has discount parking in the town. Everything was very good at the hotel. The breakfast was very satisfying. Our room was in order and all the items worked well. The staff was pleasant and helpful in all situations we had.

A bit messy AC control as any time you put energy on, it starts working. But overall, everything was perfect

First of all, we arrived in the morning and they let us check in anyway. Really good localization, staff friendly, a lot of ammenities (flip flops included) and the breakfast was super complete, big variety, maybe some veggies missing, but it was perfect anyway.

Worst bed/matracess we have ever sleep on (200+ 2-5 star hotels), balcony door without rubber sealing that clapped all nigth, aircondition not working, outdated bathroom... Worst night of our lives, woke up more tired than lied down. Felt like they should pay us for trouble
