Breakfast was just OK; only a couple choices and none of them very good. There is a lot of open space in the hotel so every sound and conversation was amplified and as a result it was rarely quiet. The room had a sink, but with only cold water so it couldn't be used to wash up. The hotel was nice, but I think the price was too high.

The location and staff were great. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Bottled water was available but you had to have your own vessel if you wanted more than a small glass at a time.

For a city centre hotel only one or two staff cd speak English but that's ok. They were always willing to help.

Great Location, value, staff, good breakfast. Marylin at reception during day hours was very helpful. She was able guide me on making best use of the 2 days I had to see city San Salvador.

Be careful if you are thinking to spend the afternoon lounging by the pool, it's more of a hot tub size and it's under a covered patio so gets no sun. Not at all like the pictures shown on the pictures page.

This is a nice little hotel. The staff were great and very friendly. Nice breakfast and AMAZING coffee, plus the view from the breakfast patio overlooking the flowers and the city was my favourite part. Wifi was strong enough to play Netflix and YouTube without issues in the room. Located 1-2 min walk from supermarket and food places

This wasn't the hotel's fault. All of the staff is amazing!! It was just the people in the rooms next to my room were very noisy so it was just based on what room was available to me at the time.

Super helpful, friendly, and understanding staff. 24 hour front desk. Beautiful open dining area. Easy access to refill my water bottle and great wifi!!

Online pictures are deceiving. if you think you are booking a spacious room with tall windows and plenty of sunlight(as shown in pictures) you are mistaken. I booked here after looking at other properties because of how a 2 person room looked. upon arrival I was given a room with 3 beds(why would I even need three beds when I’m booking for 2 people) with no window or maybe there was a small tiny window I’m not even sure. when I tried to clear this with reception they couldn’t do anything because that was the room assigned to me. after speaking to manager in charge I was told my room would be changed the next day. the next day I was moved to a bedroom with 2 beds. very little space and my window looked out to the air conditioning unit. the only reason I didn’t create any more fuss is because I was attending a funeral and really wasn’t in the mindset to take on any more stress. I was thankful the air conditioning worked great and I only came to sleep at the hotel. I spent the day at my families house but when I return for vacation I would not be staying here and I would not recommend this motel(I’m sorry but that was not a HOTEL) to anyone that visits. one night I had to wait outside for about 10min(because we attended the vigil a day before the funeral) calling the office before someone came to open the door for us to go in. he was on night duty but looked like he was sleeping. those streets are not safe for us to be standing outside at 2am. their staff were friendly tho. the staff listened and tried to help but not much they could do.

Fabulous staff… I couldn’t register online for entry into Honduras (can’t do this on an iPad or Android) so the receptionist happily allowed me to use their Windows computer and even helped with the input! They called taxis and advised on restaurants, etc. Really makes independent travelling a joy! Thank you!
