The slippers in the room had sand in them.

Room was very clean and spacious. Pool was lovely and really cold water! Staff were always friendly and helpful.

There is no air ventilation/circulation in the dressing/bathroom area. This makes is impossible to spend anytime is this bit of the hut - just needs an additional fan.

The huts are great, and the interiors have been put together beautifully. The complex feels safe, and the pool is stunning.

Everything was really great, just note that the hotel doesn't have free transfers and is a bit out of place, plus there are monkeys in the area so be careful never to take food to the pool.

The room was wonderful and comfortable, the view of the resort was incredible, fantastic pool, great breakfast.

Breakfast one morning was a la carte which basically was the same but less choice. But overall it was a good stay and I would recommend :)

Lovely location and super friendly staff. The pool was nice and the rooms good.

The views from the rooms are amazing. The rooms are large and the pool also has an amazing view. I ate at the restaurant upon arrival and it was good. Spa also good. I liked the hilltop location and was happy for the exercise to climb up a lot of stairs to my room. Didn't take long to walk into beach town or down to beach.

A bit ran down. Some wall sockets were not fixed in the room with wires all out. Sewage smell from the toilet, likely due to incorrect plumbing. Water pressure in one of the rooms was too low to take a shower. The pool needs some updating and cleaning. There is only one sink working in the men's bathroom near the pool. Melted to liquid butter served for breakfast (likely was kept in the heat for long). I made a note – a member of staff checked and confirmed but the problem was still there the next day and two days after. We turned blind eye to all issues as the staff seemed friendly. The kids broke a glass so we left 100 THB in the room (as per their price list) and put all the glass in the bin carefully. Ofc the money was taken but at the checkout they showed a picture of all glass taken out of rubbish and asked to pay again. We did that after some arguing that was clearly lost in translation. That's nothing but the overall impression was ruined. They seemed to have room service but it works weird times and it is unclear how to use it. The bar near the pool works weird hours and as I was told doesn't serve alcohol.

The views from the top villas are awesome. The pool is fine. Breakfast was fine (they have an egg station). A/C is powerful enough and works well even during the day.

I whish that there was more choice at the breakfast.

The whole private villa was amazing. Everything was clean and tidy and very spacious. The staff was so friendly and very helpful. And the swimming pool with view is the best I've seen here yet.

The towels and sheets were a bit worn. The AC was broken in our first room, so we cooked in there for an hour or so before we realized it wasn’t going to get cool (over 100 degrees Fahrenheit), but they lived us immediately and all was fine.

It was set on a hill so the higher you went up the better the view of the beach below. Our room was pretty low, so we didn’t have a great view but the pool and breakfast were higher up and the view was stunning. The rooms were cute. Also a good thing to know is they are Muslim owned so they do not sell any alcohol on site.

Short walk to "village" and beach. Nice restaurants and a good cafe close by (everything walkable). Breakfast was fine for our needs. Omelette, veggies, fruits and toast. Bungalow was a real treat, although the amount of steps in the compound was a surprise and I imagine some people would have a problem with that. Good service from all personnel we met.

Accommodation is basic but fine and good value for money overall.

Location good and friendly family run feel. I had an issue with my door closing and they immediately helped to fix it and also arranged taxi quickly for me when leaving. Renting a scooter from here was also no problem.

There was very little to not like about this hotel, but the only thing I could say is the breakfast feels slightly limited, although it was certainly adequate and wouldn't stop me coming here again!

The rooms are a generous size and with all the facilities you would expect to see, with authentic Thai design. Every member of staff we came across were extremely friendly and courteous. The pool/bar/breakfast area has a fantastic view of the sea, nearby beach as well as the lush green canopy of trees in which the hotel is located. Everything was clean and felt very hygienic. Everything you would want from this kind of hotel!

The rooms are FALSELY ADVERTISED. BE CAREFUL. I wanted the nicest room and through the pictures, chose "ONE BEDROOM VILLA." What we got were the pictures identical to the cheaper "SUITE WITH GARDEN ViEW". I was shown another room that was in fact a 'one bedroom villa,' and it was quite different than what I got. Staff said we got what we ordered. The pictures are clearly showing this to be wrong

Staff is very friendly. Breakfast and pool super. Lovely hosts. Grounds well manicured, location ideal.

We had a frog in the room and could not get any help. We went to the reception but all were fine at 9 PM so we had to deal with it ourselves. Pool area could be improved by better sun beds and opportunity to order something to drink during the day. Expensive for the value.

Clean (besides a frog in the room)

Not a criticism but just an advice: slippers provided in the room are not complimentary, meaning that you can use them during your stay but don't take them away. I found this part a bit weird... do they really re-use them for other Guests?!?

Great location very close to the small village of Kantiang where you can find restaurants, few shops and a 7/11. Beach is easily accessible. Room was cozy and clean, nice staff, excellent breakfast with lots of choices.

Monkeys in our balcony where little bit annoying.

Beautiful hotel. A beautiful pool area with a view down to the beach. The best thing about the hotel are the rooms, the terrace and the big windows from which to watch the sunrise in the morning. A hotel where you don't want to leave beyond the shop. Excellent breakfest!!
