Amazing suite with exceptional view

We had 2 rooms which were far away but its a flip side of a huge resort. Its not a negative as the resort had informed us prior.

Beach though was not very good to dive in but the view was amazing. Right on patong beach gives it an edge. Party and serenity both at a single place. Great kids zone full of activities to keep the kids busy entire day. Bar view of sea is breathtaking

beach is not sandy. difficult to go around with baby trolly and need taxi to go to city due to elevated hotel. they take us to room by vehicle but still difficult with baby.

staff were nice and helpful. clean and no noise around. good for couples without babies.

No negatives about the hotel but Patong beach area is very busy in the evenings.

Staff were excellent and couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. Beautiful location. A lot of steps to some rooms but buggies if you don't feel like the hike.

I liked the hotel as I needed to be in Pating for dental work, but I didn’t like Patong. However, the hotel felt very peaceful away from the craziness of Patong

Amazing views Close to Patong beech/Bangla Road but far enough if you need to wind down. Exceptionally helpful staff.

Some of the other guests were in family groups and rather loud and generally inconsiderate to others, as well as not being very polite to the staff. It was not peaceful by the swimming pool. The hotel was very busy when we arrived, we did not have the usual experience of arriving at a hotel in Thailand. It took a long time for our suitcases to be delivered to the room. The hotel is in need of refurbishment, some areas look very tired. We would not stay here again.

Some of the amenities in the room could be renewed, small things such as the trash cans in the bathrooms (they were rusty and old), and the little boxes that had the toiletries in (they were old and torn on the sides).

The room was spacious and the view was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The noise of the neighbours is a big problem to me. I am not sure how the hotel can handle this problem. Patong is famous for its night life and some guests return to the hotel very late and make a lot of noise. If you happen to have a happy couple as neighbours, then your stay in this beautiful hotel will be seriously compromised.

The hotel has a wonderful location. It has its own beach. If you have a room with a balcony, the sandy beach will be just a stone's throw away. What impressed me most during my stay was the hospitable staff and the upscale restaurants. I am very grateful to the kind lady at the front desk when I complained about the noisy neighbours. She was very understanding and upgraded my room immediately. Before I moved to the new room, another kind staff member even took me to have a look at it to make sure I was satisfied. There is really nothing to complain about as far as the service quality is concerned in this quality. I will not say too much about the restaurants. They are simply superb.

Breakfast has amazing spread of varieties including Indian. We got upgraded to one bedroom suite coz we have a baby which is very kind and generous. It was not at all inconvenient to use hotel transport to go between lobby and the rooms
